   My family and I came into Nandos and we were greeted warmly by Mailo. He made us feel at home with his pleasant and welcoming smile. The food in Nandos was good and had similar taste across countries but what made the difference was an exceptionally friendly smile! Au Revoir Mailo!

   I ordered Nando’s online today and was really disappointed to receive a box of fries that was completely empty just a few loose ones scattered in the bag. I called customer service and spoke with Marie, who told me I’d need to report the issue online and upload photos. Honestly, it’s frustrating to have to go through such a process when all I wanted was to enjoy my meal. I hope this can be made easier in the future.

   Very busy but not surprising as match day plus 1st Saturday in December, however, we were quickly offered a table, as well as advised of the waiting time - approx 30 mins. Service was actually quicker than expected, 20 mins or so. Food was good, as usual!

   Placed an order online and it was delivered on a Saturday night within 40 minutes. Delivery was fully trackable and the app sent me regular updates on the status of the delivery. All that I ordered was there and food was hot. Salted caramel brownies were a massive hit. Hummus starter had the Pitta bread and peri peri drizzle. Both were delicious. Ordered a bottle of sauce as well to smother over my wrap. Chips were warm and not soggy. Driver was friendly and polite. Superb take away experience. Will order again for sure.

   Sanya I think that’s her name, she was working there this evening we were there between 6-7 and she looked after us really well. I highly recommend this branch the food is always spot on. It actually one of our favourite branches to go too the food always comes out so fast and it’s also piping hot.
