   I always come and eat here every weekend , the staff are really friendly and their food is really great and really good portions , and when I was about to write this review I saw a review a “customer”saying they have 3/5 food rating which I didn’t believe because the store looks really clean and tidy even on a weekend after I saw their 5 star sticker so don’t believe the lies guys

   I ordered food for delivery. The delivery driver brought it to the wrong address and, after a phone call, said he wouldn’t be driving anywhere else and that I should come pick up the food myself. After I sent a message with the exact address and called again, he said he wasn’t going anywhere and that I shouldn’t order from his restaurant anymore. I’ve never experienced anything like this before, nor have I encountered such rudeness from a restaurant employee. I recommend training your staff on how to speak with customers, as well as how to read instructions and a Google maps.

   Absolutely amazing experience at Mangal Plus Watford! I had the most delicious meal — fresh salad, tender chicken, and perfectly cooked rice. Everything tasted so good! The Coke was refreshing, and the tea after the meal was just perfect. The people working there were so friendly and welcoming — really made me feel at home. When I couldn’t finish my food, they kindly packed it for me to take away. The next day, I was so happy with their hospitality that I even came back with a small present for the restaurant to say thank you. A true gem in Watford — great food, great service, and great people. Highly recommend Mangal Plus to everyone!

   Poor customer service! Food was over cooked and they had my order wrong instead of rice they added chips.I ordered the food over the phone for collection 30 minutes in advance the food wasn’t ready when I arrived.I had to wait for another 10 to 15 minutes until they made the it ready . The test was horrible . This will be my last order.

   Have always thought their food is good. But twice now we have ordered for delivery and it’s took so long. Tonight was 2 hours. And then food is cold on delivery which is not acceptable. After using mangal for a time now. Think it’s time to find a new kebab place.

   Yesterday we went to mangal plus for our dinner. We told them we were eating in and not taking away. One of the servers packed the food for takeaway even though we were seated at a table. We told him again that we were eating in and what he did next took us by surprise and was very ignorant. He brought all the packets of food to the table and opened each one in front of us, like he was feeding animals not humans. Was plating up our meal too much to ask at this restaurant? When we told him that it wasn’t a nice way to serve food, again he looked like he couldn’t care less. Then his colleague came, took the food and literally dumped it on a plate. We were so shocked at their attitude. They were so rude and disrespectful and clearly shouldn’t be serving customers. This review is the only way to approach the owner and tell the story. We didn’t even like the wings or the kofta and chops, and with the evening ruined already we left the restaurant hungry and disappointed. Avoid Mangal Plus at all costs as it has nothing to recommend it.

   Failed to deliver twice now, telling me I ordered for collection. Asked them to listen to the recorded conversation to which they hung up on me. Waited an hour for nothing. Rude will never use again, shame as the food is nice. Such rubbish service. Total joke of a company. Frustrated beyond belief.

   Got a very last minute uber eat delivery from Mangal. The food was delicious. Great portions fresh ingredients and well priced. Salad served on the side fresh and crisp. Would definitely order again from here.
