Love Nava Thai. Always great food. Just had the Tempura Prawns and they were lush. Plus the rest of course. I always settle in for a pint at The Leg and then pop out and place the order and then, 20 minutes later, go back and collect the always-ready meal. I’ve been doing that for years and always have a great meal.
Good standard of food and decent portion sizes. Loads of prawns in my curry. Also, they delivered to Little Bookham and it was still warm. We'll be back.
Made the mistake of choosing this restaurant to order from for my birthday take away. Not only did they not deliver the drinks I ordered. But £2 evidently only buys you 6 mixed stale prawn crackers. The pad Thai smelt strange and the sirloin steak was microwaved. I ordered on Deliveroo who of course won’t refund and when I called the restaurant was told to take this up with Deliveroo and that they were not prepared to help. 3 meals and 2 starters with 1 rice cost £65! It would have been ok if it was cheap and nasty but it was just nasty. Avoid. I would have had more respect for the restaurant if they had not just told me to go away and speak to someone else when they were directly responsible for the quality of the food.
Ordered a take away order for a Saturday night treat after our weekly food shop. The food was ready on time and it was only when we served the food up at home that we noticed the Pad Thai had a Smokey smell to it which was unusual. When eating we realised some of the chicken had been burnt and the noodles were a darker tone. I phoned Nava to explain the issue but was surprised by the response as they did not really offer an apology and asked what I wanted, I suggested a free version next time I ordered. have a picture with some burnt chicken as the meal was spoilt and I don’t believe the response was genuine.
Fantastic food. Treated my mum to a Thai from here the other day, I already knew how great it was but she could not believe how tasty it was. We had lots of starters & a couple of main dishes & we could not stop eating it. My mum wants another one now. I could honestly eat from here every day it really is so yummy. It has a 5 star rating & you can see all the cooking being done. It’s very clean & also it’s so quick to get your food. Treat yourself, you won’t regret it.
We have just had the most wonderful takeaway meal Nava thai Ashtead. I can’t single out a dish as it was all so good but the Nava crispy chicken delicious, the curry fantastic, chicken green curry was amazing, and the sweet n sour chicken the best I’ve tasted - oh and don’t forget to add the Honey chicken! and Tom Yum soup If you haven’t Nava thai tried yet, you are missing out!
For the last 20 years, I split my time between UK & Thailand. My Mrs is Thai and super critique and fussy about Thai food Nava Thai is a proper Thai place serving the best quality and authentic Thai food. IMO this is the best place in the UK 5 stars from me.... unequivocally
Friendly service and all cooked fresh - if you’re collecting you can even sit and watch them cook. Food was tasty and filling, not fatty or greasy. Great to have a local Thai in Ashtead!
