   Worst chips I have ever tasted, they appear to be warmed up chips from lunchtime. Definitely not going to buy from there again. Staff very friendly with great service.

   Ordered chow mein and chips. £12.40 Chips awful, they were obviously warm ups and meal disgusting. I used to love and rate this chippy, but not any more. Standards are terrible and food awful

   Used to be amazing and we regularly got food feom here. Shish kebab was £9 and had 5 pieces of meat. Well and truly a rip off. Wouldn't bother again

   I've been a huge fan of the Aughton Chippy since they opened and I've only had praise for the quality and taste of the Chinese and chip shop food, its has been outstanding. Sadly, tonight the food wasn't great. Chinese dishes that I've ordered many times didn't look, smell and taste the same. All the dishes lacked individual flavour, were salty, and most smelt and tasted of Chinese five spice. I'm hoping it's just a blip and your usual excellence will resume.

   First visit.Battered pork balls quite small with a suspicious taste of 5 spice but still tasty. A convenient (for me) Chippy. Clean, well presented with polite staff. Will use again.
