   I waited well over half an hour for my order. When I went into the restaurant to see where my food was; I was told it had mistakenly been given to someone else. The young Manager with blonde hair was abrupt and her overall conduct was unprofessional and substandard. There was no goodwill gesture, nothing. So I demanded a refund. Again, no apology from the teenager who was in charge at the time. Can I suggest employing Managers with a bit of life experience and manners!

   Been twice to this McDonald's recently at the weekend done both eat in and drive thru takeaway. Both times getting served has taken way too long for a fast food restaurant over 25 minutes, don't know if they are understaffed or they just can't get organised. Not just me loads of other frustrated customers experiencing the same, wouldn't go here if your in a rush.

   Avoid this McDonald’s at all costs!! When we arrived, there were already people in the queue complaining about poor service and missing food. After waiting 30 minutes for our order, parts of it were missing. When I raised it with the assistant, she insisted it was correct and refused to help. By the time we went back and forth, my family’s food had gone cold and I gave up, letting them keep my money for the food we never even received. As I was leaving, I saw another customer going back in with their order because it was wrong. Absolutely shocking service. Never will I go to this one again.

While I appreciate culinary innovation, the balance of flavors here was not harmonious. The excessive salt not only detracted from the taste but also affected my physical well-being, leading to an unpleasant aftermath. **Service:** When I raised my concerns, I was informed that this was the intended preparation of the burger. While the staff maintained that this was the standard recipe, I believe there is a possibility of a misunderstanding or mistake in the kitchen. The staff were polite, but there seemed to be a disconnect in addressing the issue effectively. **Overall Experience:** This visit was a departure from the consistent quality I've come to expect from McDonald's. It's crucial for a food establishment to balance creativity with palatable flavors, and in this case, the balance was off. I hope this was an isolated incident and not representative of a new direction for the classic Big Mac. **Rating: 1/5** I would advise caution if you're considering trying this version of the Big Mac. It's always exciting to see new variations on classic items, but this particular experience was more shocking than satisfying.

   If could give 0 stars I would, place is a joke clearly haven’t got a clue what is going on or basic standards received my meal at 6:20 with a sticker on burger stating had been cooked at 4:12. No fries came with any of my meals let alone the slop which was meant to be the McFlurry. Expected to eat a hard stone cold burger the cardboard probably would’ve had more flavour at this point. Needs sorting out and looking in to asap

   This McDonald's looks like a parody when compared to the others. I placed an order for delivery through UberEats and was waiting for over an hour for the order to be delivered to my house. The uber drive was waiting at the restaurant all the time and was not at fault for the time. 3 days later I decided to go to the restaurant myself and place my order and I could see how slow they are, I waited more than 30 minutes to have my order in hand and the restaurant was not full. The delivery area was even worse, there was drive waiting for over an hour for a small order. My advice is don't order from this McDonald's, it's better to drive to another one.

   The new McDonald’s is amazing. Cleaned, looked after, not too busy and with outside playground for kids. Sitting outside and inside all tables cleaned regularly (who wants also can find wireless charger for phone at the side of the table) If you want to eat in McDonald’s which is cleaned and peacefull - you should go there ;)

   Avoid as this isn't fast food.... 29 minutes i wanted for Chicken Nuggets and large fries (were less fries that a small portion) - no apology and when i asked for the dips id ordered wit the app order - i got tutted at! Excellent!! while there for 30 mins (just killing time, as had nothing better to do) . I witnessed 3 people bring orders back as the staff got them wrong. no apologies to anyone be quicker and maybe cheaper to get a 3 course meal elsewhere
