   i ordered from here off uber eats tonight. i had ordered 1 double chicken royal, 2 double bacon cheese burgers XL, one as a meal and one on its own. when i received my order, i noticed i didn’t get my bottle of water which is understandable, they did state there was non left but they could’ve replaced it with a coke or something. i did not receive one of my double bacon cheese burgers instead i received 2 lots of fries which where shockingly low quality. i payed £35 for my order and iam mortified. uber eats refunded me £8 which isn’t even the full price of a single double burger. i contacted my delivery driver and he said that was all they give him. i tried to ring up multiple times but no one picked up the phone. definitely not ordering from here again!!! shocking. get better staff with more brain cells and reading abilities!

   Great service, food made fresh nice to see team get along so well. Was served by Siobhan who out through my loyalty code so I could redeem my free chicken royale meal from the points I acquired. Tend to go earlier around 5 in order to avoid dinner time rush.

   As I am not up to date with tech I find it quite difficult using new kiosks however the crew here are lovely especially Siobhan as she came over and helped me navigate the kiosk system and put through my order with no hesitation. Lovely team members as well. Would recommend for a good service and food.

   Used the drive through the other day after work. Service was fantastic. It took a little bit of time to get my food which I didn't mind because usually I take that to mean that the food is going to be a bit fresher than if it gets given to me quickly. The burger was fine, not the hottest but it wasn't cold by any means. The chips however, they were barely warm and they were more akin to a bag of mushed potato rather than individual chips. They were soggy and pretty flavourless. Tasted like they had been reheated, more than once and had not been salted at any point. Bit disappointing as this is not the first time this has happened at this particular location.

   £9.79 for one medium meal with coke! Massive price increase with no prices for drive thru menu so you don’t find out how much your being ripped off by until you get to the pay window. Won’t be going again .

   Cardboard has more favour than there buns, honestly the driest burger I've ever consumed. I ordered a double XL burger maybe that's the issue.

   The food was nice and the service was good but the price knocked me over..... £7.19 for a bacon double and £6.99 for a plant bassed burger that's £14.18 for just two burgers!!! I could of gone the chippy got more an paid less.
