   Ordered Christmas eve waited for food that never arrived, better still can't get through and looks like they have either took the phones of the hook or turned them off. Won't be ordering here again well done lost service lost payment getting a refund don't bother ordering from here. Do everyone a favour phone your customers or don't take orders that you can't fulfil for your customers

   I absolutely love ordering food from here. The food is always hot and delicious. They have always got the order right. The food is fresh. Always quick service and delivery. It’s the only chippy I will order from.

   Ordered fillets steak meals got served what i can only class as tiny slices of beef like a normal beef dish rang them and was told oh we cut it up for you load of rubbish ive had less chewy wham bars. If that was fillet steak id hate to see what normally beef was. Used to be a boss chippy this but now gone down hill

   2 hours and still no food shocking, been a very good customer to you, but I think this is the final straw. If you cannot full fill the time you give for delivery then change the time or up date the customer via the phone number you have not lie and say it's on its way.if you have just ordered a salt and pepper box on the 14/11/25 it's prob the one I sent back, so not fresh

   Best Chinese food around old swan imo. Meals are always red hot and very tasty. The range of sauces is massive (like pineapple, plum etc). Salt and pepper chips are incredible. Never had a bad meal from there in over 3 years. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended. (use their online portal to order as well so you're not getting stung with food app prices and charges)

   Gave them a one star don't deserve that...sent wrong meal when I rang wasn't even bothered said very busy tonight I was fuming she cut me off had there money..was awful 26 pound wasted do NOT waste your money..Will not order again

   Served RAW chicken (Salt and pepper chicken) DO NOT TRUST. Rang to complain and I was told that it couldn’t be raw, so they drove back to my house to come and see the raw chicken, after realising it was raw. Said they would give us the money for the chicken dish but not the full takeaway. We have them everything back and finally gave us our money back. Didn’t apologise and asked to take the chicken with them. We refused and got pictures first. Offered 20% off next order. Do not order from here, if you don’t want to be sick

   Absolutely awful. Ordered at 17:45 - expected delivery 7pm. Called at 19:30 as it said driver had left at 7pm - we live an 6 minute drive away. Told driver will be 10 minutes. Called back at 8pm to be told driver had only just left... Refused to give us any sort of refund due to "heavy traffic". Checked and there was ZERO traffic. Food arrived at 20:30 stone cold. Called the restaurant who stated they didn't understand why and refused to help.
