   My visit to Toro Steak today where I ordered the surf & turf and it was absolutely outstanding. The steak was perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavour, while the seafood was fresh and beautifully seasoned. The combination was spot on. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming a perfect for a relaxed evening out. Portion sizes were generous, and everything was presented beautifully. Overall, Toro Steak really impressed me. If you’re a fan of quality steak and seafood, this place is definitely worth a visit!

   I had an absolutely amazing experience at Toros! The steak was perfectly cooked and literally melted in my mouth — one of the best I’ve ever had. The service was outstanding from start to finish, with staff who were exceptionally polite, attentive, and welcoming. Every detail, from the food presentation to the warm hospitality, made the visit truly enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates top-quality food and excellent service. I’ll definitely be returning!

   Absolutely Amazing Experience – 10/10! Four of us visited Toro's Steakhouse in Harrow, to celebrate one of the brothers' birthdays. Although they normally close at 11 PM and we were only going to arrive at 11, we were lucky enough to catch the team on the way there and explained the special occasion. To our surprise—and absolute delight—they stayed open just for us. That alone was beyond amazing and truly appreciated. We had already placed our order over the phone, so when we arrived, we were seated quickly. The atmosphere was lovely and calm since we had the entire restaurant to ourselves. They even gave us a portable speaker so we could play our own music, which made it feel even more personal and special. The starters came out promptly, followed by the delicious main courses. Every dish was spot on! But what truly stood out was the incredible service. The entire staff stayed later than usual just to present a sizzling chocolate ice cream dessert with sparklers to celebrate the birthday. It was the perfect touch to end a perfect evening. A massive thank you to Ali , Adel and the whole team at the branch – you really went above and beyond. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Absolutely 10 out of 10. Highly recommend!

   I've visited Toros Steakhouse in Harrow branch several time, and every time their service and food quality brought me back again and again but this time from beginning, totally disappointed. We two families of 12 wanted to book table in advance, and called at store number but we were informed by staff, advance booking are not taking anymore. So we family changed the plan for future, and I brought my family back again here. When we arrived, we were first, but 2 other families were jumped in and the staff informed, they made phone booking in advance. I was so furious and upset, and guy from staff was totally shameless that we were standing there for 20 minutes. I was with my two kids under 10, and they both were hungry. I don’t want to ruin their evening and after 25 minutes waiting, we got our table. The food was served on time, but the quality was so done, I asked for well cooked beef steak but server was keep denying that and not happy to help us at all. However, the amount of mushroom sauce not enough. (In my last 7 visits, we always get a proper portion of food). Even the kids meal chicken was cold and burnt taste. We finished half of the meal and left with so much disappointment. Surely, this branch is losing many customers like us, we loved to come but not anymore. Also mentioning, payment methods seem inconsistent. I asked them for bank transfer last time, but this time they were keep insisting only for cash payment. Overall, it’s disappointing to see the quality down, especially when you’ve make this place in top of your list.

   This place is a must try! The staff are super welcoming and friendly. I ordered from the sizzler menu and went with the chicken fillet with added cheese and an egg. The food came out really quickly and was so good! Rich flavours and a decent portion. Only real let down was the state of the toilets at this place which are in need of a revamp.. but the food was so good I won't take a star away!

   Service is very good. Food does not take long to be made and delivered to your table. Prices are reasonable. Steak cooked really good and not overly seasoned. There lime mojito slushy drink is very refreshing and was a nice after a good steak

   2nd time visited, good food and steak, really good quality mojitos and daiquiris. We had the steak and lamb chops. Steak was Lovely, lamb chops abit on the tough side. We mentioned to our waiter Ashbir who immediately offered to change and we had the chicken steak instead. Drinks lovely, proper nice and not just full of ice and syrup. Will defiantly visit again. Thank you Ashbir for making the evening a great one!

   Toro Special well done with chips, mash potato & mushroom gravy sauce. Epic combination, Best stake I've had! Nice size portion & great for filling a big appetite. Oreo Milkshake is fabulous & amazing cool refreshing drink & dessert combination after enjoying that delicious sizzling hot stake. Definitely would come again.
