   We go here regularly. Staff and service had improved recently, but today wasn’t the best. Waited ages for glasses and had to ask them to bring to us. Then, when they arrived, a couple of them were dirty with lipstick. Easily dealt with but obviously not great. Food - was very good quality today. Really nice chips, salads and well cooked chicken. My only complaint, this branch is ALWAYS out of stock on chicken livers (at 6pm on a Saturday, regularly being out of stock suggests sub-optimal management). Atmosphere marked down because too often the booths are occupied by a couple, leaving families to wait and/or be squeezed into smaller spaces (which can be uncomfortable). Hoping for better next time we visit.

   The chicken was under cooked. The staff was nice and service was quick, I didn't notice the issue with the chicken till after the staff checked up on our order/ table. The only issue I had was the chicken undercooked, didn't taste like usual tonight

   Worst Nando’s I have ever tried. Normally I do order from Sutton , this is my 3 time from Epsom. Both previous times large sides have come not even half , literally 1 spoon of rise or coleslaw. Today the same but to top it up the chicken came burnt to the bone . Lifted it and the bone broke that’s how burnt it was. Nando’s manager was trying to get the blame on Deliveroo because they have delivered it. I’m sure if you were in the restaurant they would have not dared to serve you that food but they can when is a take away. The most unprofessional and careless customer service I have ever experienced. That Manager should find a better job before he hangs up on peoples phone too.

   I am an emergency senior doctor. I went with my brother after a tough shift. I thought i would treat him. We chose the new loaded platter. Cost approx £25. We were given one set of loaded fries (£8 if ordered alone) along with 5 small wings and 4 small corn on the cobs. Nandos, how can you equate the wings and corn to £17??? Also, the loaded fries were terrible!! Hardly any chicken whatsoever and it also had no flavour!! The manager here was very unprofessional and not caring! I have since contacted Nandos headquarters and they have completely disregarded my concerns. I will not be coming here again! I feel like we were cheated. Nandos is a rich company who are taking advantage of their hard working customers! Please do not order this meal and please avoid this company!! (We actually had to go to KFC afterwards as we were still starving!!)

   Decided to try the new loaded platter for 3. Was quite excited. When it arrived it was tiny. We complained right away to the manager and a staff member. They were not helpful at all they just said “we understand the order is small but this is what you ordered what do you want us to do” they kept saying it’s for 2 people but in the menu it says for 3. They also said that the chef has never made this dish before as it’s new. Really disappointed.

   Arrived for lunch just before 1. The door was locked although people were inside! I don't think they wanted more customers. We were shown to a table once we got in, not given menus, staff disappeared. Food was OK. Big effort for a male member of staff to take order. Seemed very grumpy. I won't be going back, poor service and atmosphere.

   Made us (my family of 4 including 2 little ones) stand there and wait for 15minutes even though there was an open table. Reason: that is our “staff table”!?? Never heard something that absurd before. When I was a waiter back in the day we were not allocated our own table especially when the there is limited seating in the place. The worst part is that the “staff table” was not in use for the entire time we were there. That is how you make your customers know they are not important. Will look for alternatives next time we feel like dining out.

   Extremely recommend the Peri-salted fries. Chicken wings with the sauces in Nando’s are absolutely tasty. If you bring kids to Nando’s, you can order the kids menu. In the kids menu, you can order the bottomless chocolate yogurt which I personally really like it. You can order sharing meals to. I like the wings platter the most. Nando’s sauces are very unique and tasty. The price is kind of expensive. You need to spend at least £50-80 for 4 person.
