Large cod, bigger than you’d expect. Haddock, delicious. Burgers, tasty and fresh. Chips - golden and delicious. We loved everything and bonus points for being halal. Try it once, you’ll go back time and again!

Stumbled upon this fish and chip shop by accident, as I usually to the beauticians round the corner. Lovely owners and the fish and chips are the best in the area. They serve fresh, generous portions, and so so tasty. Not greasy either. You can even call through ten mins prior to picking up so you don’t have to wait. I did that last week on a big order, they threw in a free bottle of fizzy drink. Sometimes, I like to buy a portion for myself, it’s all equally good. But, I prefer to take it home and eat it. I recommend this place wholeheartedly, and will happily support this small business.

November '25. First time visit since Manning's closed, and very impressed! Generous portions of well cooked chips, and really excellent cod. Nice and thick and perfectly cooked. Hadn't visited before as didn't think Beri's could be as good as Mannings. Very pleased to have been proved wrong. Recommended.

I’ve been coming here for years and have always said this is one of the best, consistently good fish and chip take aways in the area. But you don’t come here for atmosphere or the looks of the place, it’s the food which has always been good and great value. The portions have always been known to be generous so been warned if you order large chips. It’s that traditional retro take away that has good character and the basic menu which is perfect, no frills or fancy extras but all you need if you’re after decent fish and chips take away. It’s clearly a family run business and they have always been nice and welcoming to me, and more than happy to cook you fresh if the size isn’t want you after in the counter. It’s cash only, so take note, literally and expect a little queue on Fridays.

The portions are generous for a low price. The staff are friendly and fully get me on the extra salt and vinegar thing. Best chips in Epsom, easily. Cash and take away only old school affordable traditional fish n chips.

Best fish and chips I’ve ever had, whenever I ask for small chips, they give a scoop and a full bag, great value… battered sausages are ace as well.

I must say in terms of chips is probably the best I ever had, they are just to my liking. The fish is also good and fresh but sometimes I might take just the fries and some sausages or pies. Anyway in terms of value for money it's just impossible to get any better. Just now got food for me and my wife for 7£ it's ridiculously cheap but the quality is there
