   It seems for 2 weeks now the restaurant has been closed, but they haven’t turned off their ubereats system, meaning people (including me) are placing orders, its showing as ‘being prepared’, but its not turning up. Money was deducted from my account. I got it refunded by ubereats, but my wife and I still went hungry as this was a Sunday night and by the time it became apparent no food was coming, everywhere else was shut. This place is run by amateurs.

   Scammed! Do not order from this place. Placed an order for pick up on uber eats only to find the restaurant closed on arrival. No sign that it had ever even been open and was still closed the next day when I went back to try and get refunded hoping it was just a misunderstanding. Nobody answered the phone after attempting to contact them multiple times. This had left me over £40 down with no food to show for it. I’ve tried contacting uber eats over the matter but apparently they have been told on by the store that I picked up the order and as far as they are concerned it’s been completed. Great! Once again I couldn’t possibly have picked up my order from the restaurant as it was closed with the shutters locked down! No other way to describe this as a theft! Avoid at all costs.

   This is the second time I have ordered through Uber and the food has not turned up. Sat for an hour while it said food was getting prepared, then it’s saying it’s almost done. I eventually turned up to the restaurant and it was shut. The money has been taken from my account. No one ever answers the phone . Will not be ordering anything from here again. Edit, got my money back and Uber said the shop has not followed delivery guidelines. Like I said . This is the 2nd time this has happened. Don’t waste your time or money at this place

   I ordered and a few minutes before my delivery was supposed to be delivered it was cancelled there was no reason to this and the customer service on uber is not good all I have done is talk to a robot, I am very annoyed about this. SHAKE is supposed be open until 11pm and it is 8 pm right know I would understand if it was 30 minutes to closing time but it isn’t

   Used to really rate this place. Haven’t been for a while so thought we would order from here. £25 for a tiny milk shake (apparently they only do one size now) and cookie dough and ice cream. The milkshake wasn’t full either. Taste was nice but over all gutted as it is far to expensive for the small amount you get. What a shame

   The burger itself was really nice but just a bit cold. However, there was missing items (we only ordered 4 things) and when we called to correct this, although they sent it back out, the staff hung the phone up on me when I tried to ask another question. Poor customer service.

   Honestly the nicest takeaway ever! I used to think it was good but there must have been some changes as the menu changed slightly but now the quality is amazing you cannot fault it! Always fast delivery considering it’s cooked fresh which you can tell and the delivery driver always friendly forgot her name sorry! But I won’t go anywhere else for burgers or desserts they are unbeatable!

   Had 2 take away waffles in the past 2 weeks. Asked for double Nutella which they don't usually do. They were so good and catered to my needs. Absolutely lovely and very attentive to customers needs. Thank you.

   Ordered NYC burger which although it was nice not worth £8. Curly fries didn’t seem cooked properly. Cookie dough was nice but this place is massively over priced. Delivery took 1 hr 35min.

   Have ordered twice there recently. Once they went to the wrong address in a different town so my delivery took a long time and despite being told it had been remade was cold. Tonight we ordered 2 hours ago, was sent a text to say it had been dispatched, and when we rang up 40 minutes later we were told it was only just being made. We had to cancel our order as it was so late. No contact to explain they were running so late, and no explanation as to why we'd been told the food was out for delivery. Appalling customer service.
