   This place is amazing, I don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews. Although the interior isn’t anything flashy, the food was well cooked. Although true, the service wasn’t very quick but it was a busy night so I will take this as an exception. The young man who served us was delighted to help us order, offering to help us if we’ve never visited a Nando’s before. Overall it’s a great Nando’s and I will come again

   I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you provide Halal options. There is a HUGE and growing population of Muslims in the area. You'll gain lots more custom both in store and online.

   Very very busy day so quite a wait for a table which is understandable. We ordered via QR code on the table and waited about 25 minutes for a glass to get our drinks. Food took about 50 minutes to arrive. The atmosphere was very noisy, lots of screaming children and all the smoke from the grill congregates in the middle of the dining area. I love Nando’s for its convenience but I would rush back to this one..

2. Chelsea Chases Life ★★★☆☆

   The food was ready when I went to pick it up at the right time but was a bit cold. The chips especially tasted like they’d been sitting for quite a while which was a let down. The Spiced Grains & Butternut Squash salad clearly has feta on the website and doesn’t look like the picture on the website either, but at least it didn’t taste bad. Staff were nice when I picked up my order.

   The most incompetent ignorant staff I’ve ever encountered. Ordered on the app. Food arrived along with dirty plates asked for clean plates and 2 pots of sauce. Server arrived I offered the £1.50 in cash…turns out its card only. Pulls my card out and her machines not working. Told you can’t have and that’s it in a very abrupt manner! I ask for the manager she arrives and was more ignorant than the server. 10 minutes have now passed the uneaten food is now cold, I’d have a long wait for more chicken as she only allows staff to cook small batches so I ask for a full refund, she can’t send me a confirmation email for at least 24 hours and the refund would be 10 days! I point out that email is instant, I’ve not had what I’ve paid for. So she decided to just storm off as she didn’t want to listen to what I had to say! NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I GO BACK TO NANDOS. And tomorrow morning I WILL be contacting Environmental Health, Trading Standards and Nando’s head office!!
