Terrible experience. Went to collect my order with Just Eat, but was told someone else had taken it. The owner took no responsibility, and argued aggressively before finally handing over the food he had to remake. For £8.90 I got just four pieces of wobbly halloumi – completely subpar. Both the restaurant and Just Eat refused to help. Rude service, poor quality, zero accountability. Avoid at all costs.

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for the past couple of years and have always had a good experience. However, during a recent dinner visit, I was extremely disappointed. While the staff were polite, the service was very slow. Our waitress misunderstood the order and only brought out one entrée, which delayed my meal by about 45 minutes. On top of that, the dishes were served in slow intervals, making the whole dining experience feel disorganized. Unfortunately, the service this time just didn’t live up to the standard I’ve come to expect here.

Good food, plenty of options and reasonably priced. We were a big party and they missed 2 meals and most dishes were not hot enough. Drinks options were great and Turkish wine lovely. The staff was pleasant and tried to compensate. Atmosphere was great !

Came here for a Sunday lunch. On arrival we were amazed by the deco, it is beautifully decorated, chic with lots of nice ornaments. The staff that welcomed up was friendly and full of energy from start to finish and gets 10 out of 10. We ordered a variety of starters and mains and enjoyed everything we ordered, just declious! Can recommend the casserole, shish Kebabs and mixed Grill. Even the pizza was delicious. I can highly recommend this restaurant to anyone considering. Why 4 stars and not 5? Well I'm a big eater, and for me the dishes were a bit on the small side for the asking price. So if you have a big appetite like me be prepared to order more ;)

First experience with Beyzade and was pleasantly surprised! The service was 10/10, friendly and attentive. The food tasted fresh and we did not have to wait too long from ordering. The only reason for 4 stars was I felt it was slightly more expensive when compared to other Turkish restaurants for similar quality. However I would recommend this place.

Absolutely loved this place. Authentic Turkish dishes cooked out on the open grill. Extensive menu with all the classics, baba ganoush, falafels and tons of Shish kebab grilled meats. Starters are around £8, mains and wine (bottle) are around £20 each. Ask about Turkish wines which are not on the menu. Great, fast service. 12.5% service charge is automatically added to your bill. Cozy atmosphere!

Visited for my birthday, not great to be honest. The food was honestly bland and overpriced. Again it seems as though authenticity has gone out the window in order to cater for British palates. We sampled what seems from the photos to be the grand majority of the menu but nothing stood out except for the signage on the front door. The staff were very pleasant and helped us move inside when we were getting chilly but that sadly wasn't enough to save our memories. Won't be coming back.
