Always a wonderful experience here! The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, making you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The food is consistently delicious. It’s the kind of place you can count on for both quality and service every time. Highly recommend!
Home had been recommended by a couple of people as being a great restaurant close by. My husband took me there last night to celebrate our anniversary. On arrival, a very nice Scotsman showed us to our table and almost straight away, a waiter brought us two chilled flutes of champagne! The food was delicious and the service impeccable. The ambience was buzzy, without being super loud. Home deserves its review in The Sunday Times; it’s a genuinely excellent restaurant.
For the past three years, I’ve been making it a must to come here at least once when I visit this area. The service is super friendly, I love the scattered sarcasm, food was delicious as always, and I had a great evening (not only because of the company) The tartar and tacos were good to share as a starter and I forgot to snap a photo of the shrimp burger as I couldn’t wait to get a bite in. I also enjoyed the creaminess of the Basque cheesecake to finish off the dinner. Can’t wait for my next visit!
We’ve been here many times over the years and it’s always been top notch. Last weekend we had our wedding reception there and the food, service, ambience was all perfect. Craig was amazing leading up to the big day with the communication and suggestions, and the whole team was so lovely. We had drinks on the terrace then moved up to the mezzanine for canapés and dinner. The food was plentiful and the guests raved about every single dish. Thank you so much for making our big day feel so special
Amazing restaurant and even more amazing team and service! We went a party of 3 for my birthday brunch and I was warmly welcomed with a celebratory drink which was super nice ! We ordered 3 mains (eggs Benedict, two Turkish eggs) and a steak tartare to share. all the dishes were presented amazing and also the taste was very balanced and amazing flavours. We were also treated to some welcomed cheese croquettes which were extremely fresh and crispy and not oily at all as most croquettes are. For dessert they surprised us with some super tasty bites and the brownie we ordered was so fresh and fluffy it was unreal. All that to be topped up with the really friendly, smiley and experienced team we were welcomed and assisted. Good thing I live 3 minutes from the place as I just found my new home!! Highly suggested!!!
Without doubt Putney’s best restaurant. Wonderful, tasty, high quality food. Lovely decor and excellent friendly service. Home is top notch, but the atmosphere is warm, authentic, real and unpretentious.
Amazing food, friendly staff, definitely recommended. We went for the early bird deal and it’s such good value for money. ‘That’ shrimp burger is a must try, as well as the tuna tataki. We also had the squid and chicken milanese, both delicious. The cocktails are also really good, we’ll definitely be back for happy hour.
Amazing Beef Wellington, really delicious! Super friendly and attentive staff too. Just wasn't too impressed with my fries squid starter, which didn't taste like much, hence only 4 stars.
Great find! Easy to reach, excellent food, each came with a twist, great taste. Versatile options on the menu. Good and relaxed service and atmosphere. Will come again to try all the items on the menu.
We went for Sunday breakfast and we really liked the atmosphere. We were 5 and we were able to find a nice spot for our group. There was also a winter garden which was close on that day but it looks so pleasant. Would be really nice for a date or romantic brunch/lunch. Food was delicious and the service was very fast. Kind people, nice decoration and good food so definitely recommended.
