   Maybe my new favourite place to eat! The coffee (Flat white) was silky smooth with hints of coco. I was served by two lovely girls that made sure everything was okay and made me feel extremely welcome! Food was so good and I couldn’t eat it all, so left feeling very satisfied and ready for a busy day ahead. 10/10

   One of the best cafes in Sutton/Banstead in terms of ambient and food. The staff is friendly and the setting is simply photogenic. The coffee and food are also very decent. It’s often busy though so better check beforehand or you may be disappointed.

   It’s always a great experience at Chai, the coffee is great, and food is always fresh and delicious! I got the chicken wrap which was great. The selection of cakes is incredible, they are not too sweet and are freshly made everyday. The decor is incredible and it’s very comfortable and cozy to sit here. In summers it’s very nice to sit outside.

   Its a nice little place to go to if you're looking for something a bit more than a coffee shop eat. We had the Chai That and Chai Tuna with a Dirty Chaix2 which was nice but I expected a bit more for what I was paying. But it did the job. Atmosphere was nice, the decor was well done. We brought our dog with us and he ok in here. We got served 20 mins after we had been seated. Service was good, but it took a while for us to flag down someone. Overall, nice place to go to once in a while to switch things up.

   Have been two times before an afternoon walk in Banstead woods. Tried various omelettes and a bacon and egg sandwich, all were lovely. The omelette with sides is a big portion which I share with my 4 year old. It's my aim to return and try the delicious looking scones. There's only one toilet which can result in small waits but it was relatively clean. Environment busy but comfortable and pleasant on the eye.

   A cafe with beautiful interior and food. I’d have given them a 5 star only if they had been as innovative with their menu just as their interior. The items on the menu is what you get in any contemporary cafe these days. The food looked better than they tasted. Coffee was very good. The team was friendly and welcoming. Food wasn’t over priced

   Free parking around the cafe. Beautiful decor, lots of natural colours and live plants. The fresh baked goods are so good, the almond croissant was a good balance between buttery, sweet and crispy. The lattes were smooth and the pancakes with fresh fruit was tasty. The avocado toast had a very generous amount of avocado but we felt it wasn’t seasoned with salt/pepper enough. Lots of outdoor seating in the front as well as the back and plenty of seating indoors too. Nice place to check out if you’re in the area.
