   Worst pizza & worst delivery I have ever had. It got delivered in 1 hour 10 mins and was cold. Vegetables were just chucked in the middle in one, in the other one which was half & half again toppings just like chucked anywhere.it felt like person making pizza was not happy to stay late as it was ordered at 10pm and they were closing soon. This js a genuine feedback for the manager. I recall I had once earlier ordered from this Banstead branch and it was late, when I called to check they were very rude. Never again from here.

   Ordered two pizzas for delivery. Came on time no issues there. Issues with the two pizzas itself. One was extremely tough and very very thin and the second seemed to have little to no tomato base as well and an alternative cheese which we had not opted for. Perhaps vegan? Unsure but I question what was put on there. Disappointed will not be ordering from this branch again.

   This will be the first and last time ordering from here. Ordered placed at 17:00 and arrived at 18:40, restaurant called multiple times to check on delivery and the phone was put down. When the driver finally arrived he said he was stuck in traffic but I am only 9 minutes away. The food arrived cold, the potato tots (as shown in my images) were under cooked and the pizza hardly had any toppings. I ordered a pepperoni/ ham/ chicken pizza and the other was the all the trimmings Christmas pizza. A complaint has been made online to Papa Johns customer service, but have had no response back.

   The potato tots seemed to be cooked with thoughts and prayers, we ended up putting them in the airfryer to cook them. The crust on the pizzas was doughy and the cheese seemed to have only just melted. The ham and pineapple pizza was mostly pineapple with the faintest hint of ham. The cheesey garlic sticks may have at one point been in the room with some garlic but you certainly couldn’t taste any, these were also very doughy. Our order took a while to come, with the app telling us that it had already been delivered about 20 minutes before it actually did get delivered. The number on google and the website has been disconnected so you cannot contact the store to complain. Any other store you contact will just give you the same disconnected number and tell you that there is no head office or anyone else to contact.

   Wouldn't normally complain about this store but lately I'm very disappointed in the side orders: potato tots for just over £6!!! The portion size for the amount it costs is a joke!!

   This pizza franchise in Banstead cannot deliver on time even if the driver had eaten one of its hot specials coursing through his veins. Ordered the food through the app and took an hour to arrive. Pizzas were warm at best. Had phoned before the pizzas arrived and chased and was assured the food be hot and driver be there shortly. No apology for it being late or anything. This has happened a few times and now likely switch to dominoes or pizza hut. It's a shame as the papa John's are good pizzas, but this branch let's the brand down spectacularly. If they had apologiesed for the tardiness and offered a compensation of some sort then that would be something, but their attitude is dismissive when you're asking about your order. Perhaps will try the rose hill branch and see if they do better. So if you want a hot pizza and effecient delivery stay well clear and perhaps best to collect in person if you must order through bansted.
