   I’ve been hearing of Zizzi for years and have had it on my list for quite some time, so when I randomly walked into this Zizzi in Sutton I was concerned. Usually when you have such great expectations you are inevitably let down. On this occasion, from the moment I walked in, I knew that this was not to be the case. Lucy, who I believe is the manager, was absolutely lovely. Very friendly and warm, and this energy was transmitted to all staff. They were all well informed, helpful, and a good vibe carried throughout the restaurant. The food was delicious, although I definitely ordered more than my stomach could handle. I still cleaned the plate and was thoroughly satisfied. I cannot remember the names of the dishes because this is a retrospective review, but have attached the pictures. This was my first time at Zizzi, and it will not be my last (especially if the Sutton branch is recommended).

   Service excellent, Prawns could have been a few more (only 5 in a main course, that were obly prawns and notKing Prawns) everything else was excellent Manager and waitress (Alice) were exceptionally professional in there service.

   I went to Zizzi for lunch with a friend and we got the 23£ menu. I had a bruschetta that was very nice and tasty, then Milanese perfectly cooked and the brownie as dessert. The lunch was good and the waitress very kind, good customer service. We just complained about the drinks, the orange juice was not just done, but "freshly" from the bottle, which is a bit different. The place is nice and it is easy to arrive there.

   Horrible experience. Ordered through Uber eats for my lunch. As usual I was expecting a great meal but halfway through my meal,I discovered this huge insect as you can see in the picture. I was shocked as I never expected this. Never eating there again and I would highly recommend people to be cautious. I spent the rest of my afternoon feeling very sick and horrible.

   Visited as a Vegan When entering the restaurant, we were offered the normal menus and was asked if we had any allergies. This is typically when I mention I'm vegan.we were given a free portion of pasta crisps which having sample them for free allowed me the opportunity to advoid ordering them for myself as they were bland. I was also given the vegan Festive menu, which I thought I'd check out. Unfortunately it was literally only a few choices, bread with more bread, what I mean here is they had a bruschetta followed by a pizza. Which isn't a lot of choice. The food was, ok, but I left feeling bloated.
