Came to Frankie & Benny’s for a meal – pizza and chips hit the spot! Max, our waiter, was hilarious and made us laugh the whole time. Best part? Only £30 with our vouchers! Definitely coming back for more laughs (and food)!
Great service staff, ordered the loaded pigs n blanket fries and this is what came, we found it so shocking that me and my partner couldn’t help but see the funny side. Chose not to send back as the young lad already seemed too busy and didn’t want to stress him out. Rest of the food was middle of the park, very disappointing as usually this is a quick and delicious spot to grab some food.
Not bad, I've never been to one of these before and it was OK. The food was tasty and the drinks were good too but it is quite expensive for what you get. The Steakhouse burger I had was good but not filling and the onion rings were the smallest onion ring I've ever seen. On a whole me and my 2 lads enjoyed it but not sure we'd be in a rush to go back. The service was great though and the girl was very helpful and friendly.
Great food, and not only did it taste great but it looked great too! I showed pics of our meals to my friends and they agreed.
Wow. Frankie & Benny's Broughton. What a fantastic dining experience. The food was cooked to perfection for the burger dishes and the Macaroni cheese. The desserts were just as tasty. Service was quick for all meal and drinks and the staff were very polite and checked if everything was ok and if we needed anything. Five star Frankie's.
Top full English breakfast this morning in F&Bs in Broughton - just what the Doctor ordered! The food was delicious, and all the staff were so friendly from the waitresses to the chefs and management. It was my boyfriend's birthday yesterday so we stayed in Chester last night and he was so hungover this morning - the staff were so lovely, and went out of their way to make sure he enjoyed his time there. They even brought him a free Chocolate brownie and ice cream with strawberries sparkler!! Id highly recommend this place *****
Had a great experience here on 25.10. The food was good, especially the kids chicken nugget meal we ordered, normally they can be poor quality but it was nice and my kid polished it off. The classic beef burger had a bit too much mayo on it for my liking but again the taste and quality of the meat was good. The staff were all brilliant, and friendly, in particular our waitress Meg who was polite, regularly checking if we needed anything, and also really friendly with our little boy. Overall would recommend a visit for good value for money food, and service.
The service was great. The food was average I ordered the ultimate mix grill. Steak was bland (had no seasoning), chicken was dry and the ribs still had a membrane on the underside. I was also disappointed they had no Dr Pepper.
I had a very nice experience here with my friend. The restaurant was kept clean and orderly, the food was very nice and the staff were perfect. We actually stayed a little bit past the closing time because we didn't know that it closed an hour earlier Monday-Thursday but our server was very polite about this and told us about what she was up to after her last day working there. All in all, a very nice experience.
