Wow! Best onion bhajis I've ever had. Crispy and full of flavour. Delicious mains and sides. Arrived exactly when they said it would. Great value for money. My only sadness is I don't live nearer, but I'll be trying to order whenever I do get back to Crosby. Thanks for the wonderful food.
Been sat inside the take away for an hour now. No acknowledgment of it being delayed… kitchen staff couldn’t give a crap. Feel sorry for the woman at front of house who is doing her absolute best, but overall the need to review their operation as if this carries on they will be out of business within a year

I’ve ordered here many of times over the last three years and the food has always been amazing! However I will never be ordering again. Ordered food and the delivery window arrived and still no sign of the driver. Rang the restaurant a couple of times to see where it was, to be told it’s on its way. The food turned up 25 minutes late, the driver barely apologised. Then when we went to eat it everything was freezing. I called the restaurant to tell them what had happened to be basically called a liar and that you can’t have a refund. Arguing with me about how the driver only had two deliveries so it can’t be cold. Even thought the app told us it was delivered 35 minutes before it was actually delivered.
Don't bother, over priced, put order in for three different curries wrong one received had to take back, no apology of chef. Was given correct one but half portion. Would never order again
As the Bhindi bhajis had run out I had to wait 10 mins for an alternative. This wasn't a problem but in this time I watched in full admiration at the way the staff handled demanding customers on the phone, ensuring orders were correct, politely and with genuine gratitude. I was just a brief visitor, but would highly recommend Param Para. ...and the food was very good. Parking was difficult though.

Food: imagine it would have tasted nice, had it not arrived cold. Chips cold & hard and a warm drink. Delivery: ordered and told 40-50 minutes delivery. Had to walk round to the shop myself after 1 hour and 40 minutes to find out what was happening with the order as they do not answer the telephone. Service: After questioning about the order and asking for a refund instead of the food, was given extremely rude response from the staff. They asked "What do you want me to do?". Not even an apology. Will never order again or recommend others to do so.
