   Absolutely shocking!! Over £50 for a pathetic amount of basic food. I suggested Softa Grill 2 and when it arrived I asked my Girlfriend how much it was and it blew me away! I called immediately to tell them to come and take it away, JANK!!

   Great food, but small portions for the money! One kebabs worth of meat for £17.95...8 chunks of meat. We've had a takeaway from this place a few years ago and didn't feel shortchanged . This time we were shocked how little food we got for the price...

   Meat was tasty, but everything else was disappointing: - rice is not the usual vermicelli rice - it was mushy and not seasoned well; - chips were soggy when delivered; - marinated flat bread just regular (old) bread, as pictured; - side salad’s not the refreshing turkish salad - it was more what you would get from greasy kebab shop; - we were missing 1 portion of salad; - garlic sauce pot was not even closed well so it spilled during delivery.

   Ordered takeaway via Just Eat - salads didn't arrive - & they failed to send chicken wings - rang the restaurant directly & asked them to at least send the salads over - they said they would but didn't - very poor service. It's disappointing because we used to like this place & order quite regularly - but the portions have been getting less generous & progressively worse value for money & after what happened today this is the last time I'm going to order from Sofra Grill 2.

   There's a reason why they say you get what you pay for! Came all the way from Edinburgh and I would come back just for the food! Fresh quality meat , very flavourful , fresh salad and rice and naan were lovely! Staff were polite on the phone , best restaurant in town!

   Ordered and paid for on just eat for 2 x mixed kebabs received 2x chicken only? Contacted Restaurant got attitude from staff saying I had to go back to just eat even though I said the order states 2x mixed kebabs? So thay balls up the order and I paid for mixed and had to go to just eat not there problem. Will just say customer service still goes along way even this day and age.
