Lovely place, best takeaway I’ve ever had. People moaning about Curry leaf need to get out & eat in at an “eat in” restaurant rather than take the “uber” route. I’ve had a few takeaways from here & walked it home (10minutes walk). Lovely scoff pleasant service, what’s not to like?
Awful food.. I have eaten a lot of Indian food over the years, some fantastic and some so so but I ordered from this restaurant for a change, quickly regretted my choice. The food was sloppy, meat hard, overcooked and dry as a bone leaving a horrible taste in your mouth. Now I feel sick. Called the restaurant, they said masala meat is hard and to contact uber for a refund. No apology, nothing. Dreadful place never again!
Awful curry tastes sweet chicken was dry and very small tough 6 tiny bits off meat rice was watery not drained enough my partner trys all different curry places and he said this is the worst he has had and we won't be ordering again no flavour tasted like supermarket qualitie infact that would of been nicer
After persuading my partner to go directly to the restaurant, we checked the website for the menu and saw an offer, 20% off delivery over orders for £20. We rang to order and after saying what we would like ( we rang to ensure a certain ingredient was not on the food ), we asked if the price included the 20% discount. To be told there is no discount unless cash and collect, not delivery. After being passed to a manager, he eventually said they would include a free drink and poppadoms. After trying to reason with the manager, who insisted there is no discount we put the phone down. With in moments, they called back, and I answered, we used my phone to place the call, giving my partners number as a contact. As soon as I said hello, they hung up with out saying a word and called back on my partners phone The manager said they agree to the 20% discount and the cost was near £60 with the discount. As soon as we said and that's with the discount, they hung up again. It's a real shame as I was looking forward to trying them... Update: Thanks for your response. I trust you record your phone calls so you can confirm there was no reference to ordering via the website during our conversation. Also, please don't judge people and assume anything about them, stating publicly that we don't have money just makes you look a fool. Have a great evening.
Excellent Indian takeaway - good-quality food, generous portions, reasonable prices and friendly service. Strongly recommended!
The food is a good portion and it’s not too oily but it is - very tasty. Korma is coconuty, tikka is fresh the madras does have a kick. Mushroom rice has lots of mushrooms. Not a fan so much of mango chutney , I’m used to jar /shop bought ones that are much sweeter. Lovely dinner - would recommend.
Amazing food! Super fresh and outstanding customer service. One of the best Indian take always that I had in years. Saag paneer and mix grilled were delicious. Well done
Take away - a very good experience considering we have tooting on the doorstep. Food quality was exceptional, decent portions and not loaded ghee. The chicken wings were really good too. My children shared the lamb shank which was more than enough for the two of them. Delivery was a little late but given the quality I can see why they are so busy. This is a really good business who offer high quality, unique curry’s at a fair price.
The friendliest service. Super fresh food. Very thoughtful checking specific choices were vegan friendly. Very flavoursome & a little more spicy than expected! Delicious veggie samosas. Highly recommend. Thank you ☺️
