The chicken tikka masala was a standout tender pieces of chicken in a creamy, spiced sauce that was full of depth without being overpowering. The lamb rogan josh was equally impressive cooked to perfection, with a sauce that clung beautifully to every bite. The pilau rice was fragrant and fluffy, the perfect companion to the curries, while the garlic naan was still warm, soft in the middle, and lightly crisp on the edges exactly how it should be, even after delivery. What really impressed me was how fresh everything tasted. Often with takeaway, you expect food to lose some of its quality in transit, but here, every dish arrived hot, flavorful, and full of life.
