   Had a lunch reservation, the fit man at the front desk with the tattoos wasn't particularly warm or friendly, but the rest of the staff were fine. I enjoyed the fish'n'chips which came out piping hot. The batter was crispy without being too thick or oily. The chips are huge which I guess are in proportion to the local seagulls. Love Lane Pale Ale also went down a treat. A little pricey overall, but it's a tourist trap & I got caught up in it.

   We recently visited for my son's lunch. We didn't have a reservation, but was seated straight away. He ordered the famous Scouse that came with warm crusty bread and chopped beetroot. Food came quickly, it was piping hot and tasted really good, beef and vegetables were really tender. Friendly service and we will return.

   Good food, good ambiance! We walked in and service was fast and kind. We hadn’t try Fish’n chips since we arrived to UK, I’m glad we tried it here, it was really good. Recommendable, not your thing if you’re into super gourmet, but to keep the Cavern vibe, it’s great.

   The Cavern Restaurant is such a lovely place right in the heart of Liverpool. Whenever we have visitors, we love going there. Both the restaurant, the pub, and the club are really iconic spots. After our meals, we usually take a walk around Liverpool city centre. The food is really good!

   A great restaurant in Matthew Street. The staff were super friendly and helpful. It's opposite the Cavern club in a great location, we didn't make a reservation and were lucky to get a table early evening. It got busy very quickly. We found the prices reasonable and the food was really good. Steak was delicious. Lots of memorabilia and nice views from the window. Highly recommend.

   The food here is absolutely lovely with numerous choices, I went for the chicken burger and didn't regret it. The staff are super efficient and friendly, with great service. The place is decorated nicely, and located opposite the cavern club. We managed to walk in and grab a table easily.

   Wild mushrooms are delicious for the starters. For main, ordered Fish & Chips and Beef Burger. The food quantity is very nice and the chips taste good. Fish is average but the beef is slightly dry, maybe overcooked. Overall worth to go again. In addition, very good service and nice staff! I forgot my cap in the restaurant and the staff help me to keep and return to me when I visit again on the next day. Lot of thanks!

   Called on a visit to Liverpool. Bruschetta starter was fresh and just right quantity shared. The Local Scouse dish was excellent. Fish and chips was great with a jug of curry sauce. Marcus was an excellent and friendly host. Recommended.

   Food are exceptionally good, especially for the lamp shank. All the food portions are larger than expected. Unfortunately the chicken breast is just so so, a demerit among all the food. Decor is simple and don’t expect much.

   You'd think this place was a gimmick for the club.....YOU'D BE WRONG! The food is so good here! It was amazing! We stopped in fro a late lunch/early dinner and the meal was delicious! We got the secret recipe sausage as an appetizer, fish and chips, and the local "scluse" and everything was absolutely delicious! Recommend a stop in here! 5 stars! Highly recommended! A+++=
