Lovely food, I've tried many different dishes over the years. I don't usually drink but when I came last my friend and myself had cocktails and they were very well presented.
We had such a lovely meal and experience yesterday for the celebration of my Dad’s birthday. The food was outstanding and we received such a warm welcome. The service was amazing and I couldn’t fault it. The lovely owner even made my Dad a special birthday cocktail! We will definitely come again! Thank you so much for making this special occasion even more special
I came to Singapore orchid for the first time tonight. I was more than impressed with this totally lovely experience. The owner Amanda and her staff are so lovely and welcoming. I felt like I wanted to stay forever. The food was absolutely delicious and being a vegetarian, I was so impressed by the vast vegetarian and vegan range. Honestly the nicest Tofu dish I can ever remember trying! I didn’t have one - but the cocktails looked amazing! I felt so welcomed and nurtured here, I will defo be back and know this is going to be my new go to place! Thank you Amanda and co for your warm hospitality and amazing food Best wishes Lisa
Have ordered from this place for collection many times over the phone INCLUDING ON A FRIDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHT- ALWAYS. Called up this evening to make a simple order for 1 dish however the customer service was terribly lacking. I was told very rudely to place the order online, despite explaining that to order for collection online you have to spend a minimum of £20.00 where my dish was only going to cost 10.95. Woman on the phone was very rude and said well I am too busy right now to take an order from you right now. In the time she took to say all of this she could have simply taken the 1 order. Very Poor service and I will not be ordering from this place again.
The service was lackluster. Need to work on greeting customers in a more friendly manner. Did not make a booking before hand, and this seemed to cause consternation. We accepted a table at the bar, but this could have been handled better. The food portions were small in my opinion but tasted very good.
Great restaurant and very reasonably priced! I had miso soup and sizzling tofu + rice to eat and ate it all with biggest pleasure - both dishes were very tasty! The staff was also lovely and very informative, especially when it comes to catering for special dietary requirements such as food intolerances or allergies. I will most definitely come back for more one day!
Very tasty dishes that had been expertly spiced, seasoned and balanced The laksa had depth and deliciousness to make your mouth water Had been recommended this place by a friend and it did not disappoint Our food was as enjoyed and would most definitely use them again when looking to satisfy my hankering for south east asian foods
Love this place! The menu is extensive and everything delicious. The vegan choices are varied which keeps bringing me back here! Everyone I’ve taken to Singapore Orchid loves it. The service is excellent and the owner lovely. Ask for recommendations if you can’t decide what to order. Great cocktails too!
