Mostly ordered here for delivery. Nice food. Even tried couple of times to dine there with friends. Not happy with service. Big spacious place. Even best for weddings or other events.

Just terrible. Don’t give yourselves the hassle of dealing with this restaurant and being left hungry for over 2 hours after ordering food for delivery. The food quality was barely passable as a decent meal. Not what it once used to be. Worst thing about it is the constant lies that were being told to us about where our food was. Also, if you’re relying on young kids being fed at a reasonable time, don’t risk it for their sakes.

Ordered food yesterday evening. Food arrived late with items missing. Paneer tikka was inedible hard peices of deep fried paneer, alloo tikki was soggy mush with no dressing or condiments. Chicken biryani was lemony pilau rice with bits of chicken added to it. It was overall a very poor experience.

Placed an order it was late by 1hr, called and the staff was shouting at each other and was rude over the phone too offering no support and had no clue about the order placed, then the lady asked me to wait 25min more, still nothing. Finally Uber cancelled it and asked to write feedback, wish I would give negative stars based on the tel conversation I had

We ordered BarBQ, Deigi Chana (Chickpeas) and Naan breads last night. BarBQ wasn’t cooked properly, needed knife to cut the pieces ; Naan breads were cold and burnt at places. And the worst of all, instead of Chana (Chickpeas) , they delivered us Daal (with dominant cinnamon flavour) which we didn’t order. Called the restaurant & instead of apologising, the owner started misbehaving and wanted us to bring the Daal to his restaurant ( We told him , it was a “delivery” and the main reason we ordered a delivery coz we can’t come to the restaurant). Even after this explanation, he kept misbehaving and seemed to be have no manners to talk to the ladies. In my opinion: 1. They need to learn how to behave with the customers 2. Need communication skills course 3. This restaurant has been closed multiple times due to similar reasons and the management has been changed few times, but still the attitude of the owner remains the same (No lessons learnt from previous mistakes). Now we know the reasons why they kept closing and opening. 4. The prices has gone sky high (even higher than Tooting branch) and the quality and quantity still remains the same or even gone bit less. 5. I normally don’t write reviews, but the behaviour of the owner on the phone to my wife was appalling and way below the expected from a restaurant personnel.

I placed an order today and both the papadoms and chilli sauce I ordered were missing. The absence of the chilli sauce spoilt my meal and I wouldn't have ordered kebabs if I knew in advance there wasn't any chilli sauce. Generally in my opinion the service is getting worse. Customer service isn't rocket science. A simple phone when they received the order could have resolved the issue.

My go to order at Mirch Masala - Mixed Grill with Extra Lamb Chops and a Spicy Biryani!!!! Never disappoints, always plenty of seating available and the staff are very friendly!!! There isn't another restaurant like this in the area which offers as good value for money!!!

Genuinely the worst curry I have had. Jalfriezi tasted like sweet and sour chicken- weirdest jalfriezi I've ever had ... Curries were extremely liquidy and oily, dhal just tasted of cardamom. 1 star given as the garlic naan was fine but not sure you can go too far wrong with a naan. Will not be coming back. There are better places in the area.

The absolute worst curry I’ve ever had! Was completely inedible as it was swimming in oil. Bland and didn’t taste of much. Called the restaurant and they said they couldn’t do anything as the order was placed through Uber eats

I can't submit zero stars to this place because it won't let me leave a post. I was a professional Chef for 8 years and I love Indian food and have eaten it for many years. This is the first and last time I order anything from this restaurant. I would also like to say that its very rare for me to complain about anything unless its really sub-standard. The picture I have included was the worst thing, "mushroom Bhaji''. It consisted of a handful of mushrooms that had been deep fried. And that was the dish. The Chicken vindaloo and prawn jalfrezi both had the same sweet weird sauce (like mango chutney) and there were no peppers or charred pieces of onion in the jalfrezi, which is what a restaurant style jalfrezi should contain. Also the sag aloo (potato and spinach) had been so over cooked it was grey/green (and they had used tinned spinach too) The whole thing was nothing like any Indian take away I've had before, in the worst possible way - it was as if the Chef hadn't made curry before. Disgusting and, well, just strange. I usually order from Samsara in Cheam, they are excellent. Seriously bad, avoid.
