   Order a lot from Frankys and always enjoyed the food, but recently there has been a few errors, when I’ve rang up a very rude man answered the phone was very impatient as if I’d done something wrong! He was very patronising and said he’ll call be back in half an hour when I said that wasn’t good enough I received more attitude and told me he’ll deliver it when the driver returns! Definitely wouldn’t recommend!

   Wait like 15 minutes to 20 mins to take my order and then he was unhappy to serve me and then I got my order he forgot to put my drink then I need to go back to get it wasnt even busy on Thursday they need to bring more staff or get rid of this staff they have know plus it coming to Christmas sort it out soon

   Understaffed, unorganised and lacking any attention to what customers request. I was left waiting 30 minutes whilst 1 overworked man sweated over the excess of orders they had taken via just eat. Stay away
