Where do I begin this is my 3rd order. The first time I ordered spent £45 booked for a time it arrived one hour early. BUT 2nd time & 3rd time I spent £40 and have waited 2 hours both times the shop is 10 mins away. I am someone who has worked in places like this and it’s unacceptable! The food is nice so it such stand but I won’t be returning. If I order fast food it’s because the children need it fast I could have made a spaghetti boll or a roast in that time. Im gutted but won’t be returning again!
Under new management so thought I would give it a go, I must say the staff were lovely and pleasant on the phone, my order was on time and piping hot. Even the delivery driver was really nice and cheerful which we don’t see it often. I would certainly recommend this please because I’ve got to admit their chicken is better than KFC, honestly people give it ago you won’t be disappointed. Overall my experience was 10/10, no faults at all. I will be back
Ordered food to be delivered to the house. Which is less than 10 mins away. After an hour rang to see where it was. To be then told it will be another 25mins. What a joke. We cancelled the order in the end.
I go here alot after school and on weekends its an amazing chicken place that has a wide variety of options even if you do not enjoy chicken. Aswell as this the staff are very friendly and prepar food quickly without a hassle.
Cant even order, just letting the phone ring out and the website doesn't work. When you click I agree to the terms and conditions after spending time putting your order together and going to pay, it won't register the acceptance of the Ts&Cs so can't hit pay
Really disappointed with the service here. Spent £35 on 2 meals paid extra for cheese on the chips with the meals, 2 milkshakes which we paid extra for cream on, gravy and onion rings. Half the food was cold, only received 1 chips and cheese, the gravy was not what I expected looked more like chicken soup... sent us 2 of the same milkshakes without any cream. I rang to say they had missed out things on our order to then be told we had only paid for the extra on one meal when it clearly states on our receipt that we had paid 7.78 per meal (which is the 5.99 plus 1.79 for cheesy chips) so clearly did not only pay for one. The manager was snotty and didn't even try to rectify the mistakes just tried fobbing the mistake off on the app we ordered through. Worst meal I've ordered ever. Avoid at all cost could spent less elsewhere and have a far better meal. Terrible management aswell.
Always order in store but decided to use uber this time with the 50% off. Food turned up appaling. I ordered the family mix and was presented with a box of slop. Like something youd find at the bottom of a fryer. Gutted as i used to rate this place. Think all theyll be good for from now is the milkshakes id rather eat somehwere else. Lucky i used the 50% off code otherwise id of been better off eating the £30 rather than bin the lot
