Sunday lunch at the "upstairs" restaurant was fabulous. Great value at £40. 3 course set menu. All patrons are served each meal at the same time. The gooseberry fool pudding may not look much in my photo but it was absolutely delicious
finally made it to trinity. The moment you step in the door there’s a sense of precision that feels warm, friendly and professional. The steak tartare was perfectly judged in texture, a perfect take on what I thought I’d already experienced a million times over in London. The cod with morteau sausage and bouillabaisse followed, and that dish alone is reason to come back. delicate fish, a touch of the other side from the sausage, it all comes together with a nothing forced, nothing wasted attitude. The honey soufflé arrived, light, golden and perfect. it closed the meal and made all of us sit back and grin in silence. Already going back.
Amazing food and attention to details. The duck is the must have on the current menu. I had the set lunch menu with 1 extra main course, a martini and a glass of wine. Head Chef Harry and staffs were very welcoming although during peak service, service was a bit rush, taking order a bit too quick but for me totally understandable. Overall, amazing hospitality.
Few meals in London have impressed me as much as my lunch at Trinity. It was easily one of the best Modern British meals I’ve had in the city, even better than my experience at the 3 Michelin-starred Core by Clare Smyth. Everything was spot on: the breads, the beef tartare, the salmon, and the desserts (souffle and madeleines) were all beautifully executed and full of flavour. The service was friendly and professional, and the atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming, not overly formal, which can sometimes be the case at Michelin-starred places. You can really see the care and skill that goes into every part of the experience. A truly memorable meal! Thank you, Trinity. I’ll definitely be back.
We had such a fantastic lunch experience at Trinity! The food was absolutely delicious and I can’t recommend it enough to visit this place! Brilliant flavours and presentation! The staff was really amazing as well! The beef tatare was my favourite!
Hubby and I selected Trinity for our last evening in London on our Euro Vacay holiday. We were belatedly celebrating our 30 year wedding anniversary. We enjoyed a warm welcome, delicious food and good service in an intimate and romantic setting. My food tolerances were well accommodated without fuss or bother.
No surprise why this place has a Michelin star! amazing food, was to die for and incredible service. I had a very interesting curried ravioli that was absolutely amazing. The dessert was my favorite part. They had a great selection of wines. I’m also a bread fan, this is the BEST bread I have ever had. It’s not proper, but I just had to ask for a second serving and was politely rewarded with 2! I felt so much better about asking. I cannot thank the friendly staff enough for such a lovely evening and experience. Definitely booking again in the near future!
Great meal, excellent menu and the venue is small enough to feel intimate. The food has seasonal ingredients and is cooked superbly with simplicity. The lamb was a particular highlight. Wine choice is extensive as are the spirits. Service was good and discreet. The only minor comments would be that a glass of dessert wine that was ordered at the same as dessert had to be cancelled as it was very slow to get to the table. We also had to ask for our wine to be topped up from empty during the main course. Otherwise, it was a faultless service. Recommended.
What a special place to celebrate our Aunts 80th birthday. Have to start with the amazing staff, led by Harry, who looked after us with great care and patience and ensured we enjoyed our afternoon. The food was mouth watering and great value at £85 for four courses. Absolutely recommend a visit and look forward to a return soon.
Wow, where do I even start, I guess firstly by saying this has jumped into my top London restaurants, how it doesn't have more than 1 Michelin star is baffling, because the food surpassed places I've been with 2. I need to start with a huge shout out to Kyria and Harry who were just wonderful, they made us feel so welcome, as my friend said "it's great to be in a fine dining place that allows their staff to have personalities", and that's spot on, they were absolutely stand out, some of the best service I've received, we went the whole night laughing. Now, the food, oh the food, just heavenly, I honestly couldn't pick a favourite course because they were all so so good, the melt in your mouth salmon, the beautifully cured halibut, just divine. One of the stars of the show was the ginger cake ice cream, which was mind blowing. And we all agreed that the bread was possibly the nicest we've been served (genuinely). Also, the wonderful touch of them signing a birthday card for my friend was such a nice surprise. All in all, last night was an incredible experience, and I should also mention amazing value! £80 for 4 course Michelin food? Yes please. Perfection.
