Such a wonderfull stay! Excellent room with a great view over the city and the Mersey. Great breakfast and diner. Nice bar. Clear communication and excellent service. Will not hesitate to book again.
I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at this magnificent place. Special shout out to Jack on the door and Roni in the restaurant for restoring my faith in humanity with an epic display of help and kindness. Went for New Year’s Eve and the food was very good. Felt slightly rushed as they were closing early but service was brilliant. Recommend the steak!
