Excellent roast pork last night, followed by home made trifle. Service was brilliant and friendly. A really enjoyable evening. Many thanks.

Lovely pub.The staff are always happy to help.We got here before the rush as it is always busy.I would recommend booking ahead although we didn't have to.The draught lager is excellent.Nice seating area outside.A great place to stop off after walking the Wirral way.

Food was very good, tasty, though slightly overpriced for the standard in comparison with equivalent establishments. However we thoroughly enjoyed it. On slight negative is the location of the ashtray on the wall at the back entrance. This means non smokers have to walk through smoke to enter. This is by no means a problem at just the Nags Head, but I found it particularly bad tonight.

Came to this pub as a friend suggested it for me to try. The place is very cozy, friendly and welcoming. The food that we had was fresh and delicious, and didn't take long to wait. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, made me feel as a visitor from the far east, felt very welcomed. And since the location is very close to the "Wirral Circular Trail", give it a go when you are in Willaston for a break

We were on a walk down the Wirral way from Hooton station and this is a really nice handy place to stop for lunch as it is on a crossroads and there are numerous walks in different directions that can be done from here. They have a great menu and I tried out the pulled lamb baguette. It was a great tasty meal at a reasonable price. They also have a good range of beers. Service was excellent and efficient.

Great pub and you'll find some gem hand pulled beers in here on occasion. Food and service is great!

We were a party of 11 adults 2 energetic toddlers and 2 babies... The staff were amazing, patient, friendly, funny, nothing was too much trouble. The food was served hot and timely and every different dish was enjoyed by us all.. It was the only time we were quiet Cannot fault the nags head, especially the staff on 1st October 13.30 hrs

Clapped, traditional old public house. Serves food all day and seven days a week. It's got a beer garden longer and bar. They have a neat little vegetarian selection too. You've got to try three hand cut chips, they are some of the best chips ever ever had... Really recommended.
