⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sheridan’s Bar, Restaurant & Accommodation offers a warm, lively atmosphere with friendly staff who make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The bar is amazing for great vibes, and the food is solid pub‑style fare that suits both casual drinks and relaxed meals. Rooms are basic but clean, and while the accommodation leans toward budget comfort, the value for money and convenient location near Wallasey Village make it a practical choice. A few areas could use updating, but overall it’s a dependable spot for a night out or an affordable stay with plenty of character.

Went on 12th December for a group meal for 7pm. Absolutely dreadful service. We all filled forms out for our orders prior to going and they still could not get the order correct. Poor lad was serving by himself behind the bar plus the food service. Cold plates, cold food, suppose to get coffee and mince pie at end got coffee but no mince pies. Chef just bought a plate out with a few mince pies and stick at end of a table and not enough for all of us. No offer of warning up or with cream etc. Manageress very unprofessional and did not seem to care about the poor service. After we paid she comes to us asking to pay when we already paid. One of our party is blind and ordered the baguette with gravy but instead of giving our party the choice they lit the gravy automatically on the baguette when really they should have had little gravy boats or something. Poor bloke made a mess through no fault of his own. My mum, myself and sister got the the vegetarian option for starters. My sister got them but we ended up with Bajis and 2 gougons and rocket when she got a few gougons and a nice salad with a small pot of sauce we got a massive blob on ours. Veggie burgers was mine and my sister's and Luke warm and cheese not melted. My mum had lasagne that was cold and garlic bread that tasted stale, chips cold. Then we had was supposed to be a cheese cake when it was a chocolate moose. It was horrible. The DJ was crap and bad attitude and was like "are you lot coming down to dance or what". The music was old music from the 70's. No up to date chart music. First and last time I will be going there.

Went to my niece's 18th birthday party here. Lovely attentive staff. Great atmosphere. Generous parking facilities. Toilets were clean, as was the establishment as a whole. The staff were very helpful with the setting up of the food and balloons.

Well located pub in Wallasey Village. I went on Friday at 5.45pm and there was probably around 30 people in the pub, so hard to gauge what the atmosphere would be like later in the evening. Madri was £5/pint, which is probably a little on the expensive side for Wallasey. I didn't eat there or stay in the hotel, so can't comment on either. The place hasn't been decorated for a long time and could really do with a refurb. The staff were very friendly.

DO NOT ASK THE BARMAID A QUESTION ITS SIMPLY TOO MUCH! Having her speak to you like quiet frankly like s*** on her shoe in front of your children!!! After asking if the vegetarian combo is suitable for vegetarians. The idea that I needed to know if meat was cooked in the same fryer was clearly not something I should be asking her and telling me to knock on the chefs door as its not a question for her. Dietary requirements CLEARLY not a thing here!!! AVOID unless being spoken to in such an unacceptable manner is your thing!

The room was a good size with 4 beds. After settling in, it became very cold there were a gale blowing under the door the bathroom window did not close properly and there were no latch to close it. The bathroom was an ice box. The plug sockets were loose on the wall, also there was a gangway right next to the kettle with exposed flex not good at all. On speaking with the staff about the cold and needing the heating on they said if we do that all the heating comes on in the whole place which we later found out not to be true. They could have just put the hotel rooms heating on. Potentially a nice place to stay, but let down by the things I have mentioned. I would not stay again unless I want a cold.
