   Shocking!!!! I'll never go to any BK again, the size of my bacon double cheeseburger was a disgrace was like a hockey puck!.....nearly 9quid for a meal aswell....joke!!!

   This is the WORST burger king for delivery orders. Do NOT accept an order and then cancel it after making me wait for an hour. Disgraceful service. It's happened multiple times with this 'restaurant'. Utterly useless management and incompetent staff.

   Ordered just 4 large chips through just eat. Arrived cold which is no problem as I can just reheat them BUT there was what I can only assume to be a hash brown in right with the chips. Strongly intolerance to onion so had to throw the entire order. Currently trying to get a refund. Never ordering again. If you give me the wrong order, fine. Mistakes happen. How can you put a hash brown with a box of chips? That is no mistake that is deliberate. Absolutely disgusting. Will be reporting them to the council.

   If I could leave 0stars I would, delivery took 1 hour and 30 mins to come and was stone cold, I only live 3 min drive away but unfortunately it’s delivery only after 5pm, tried phoning them and went straight to answer machine which was full so no joy there, decided to complain though their website but guess what, if you have any complaints go to the delivery service ha what a joke, definitely won’t be ordering here again

   Ordered online after restaurant is closed. ( it is open for online orders) They should not offer this service. Ordered at half 7. Driver was "at the restaurant" for an hour and a half. Cancelled our order after 2 hours, if they'd done it earlier, we would of just gone elsewhere. I tried to ring them to see if anything was wrong, but they don't answer. Considering it is shut at night for customers, why would your online delivery at night, be worse, as you've got no drive through and no customers so you'd only be doing online orders. Just stop offering it if you can't actually fulfill it. Tend to get it fine, if you order earlier on. Maybe shut it when the restaurant shuts or put more effort into it for night time deliveries.

   Tried ordering a Whopper meal on the automatic ordering but couldn't get coke so went to counter. Soda machine in cleaning cycle we were told - bit silly at 5pm. Second assistant came - no were waiting for engineer as it's capture. Ordered without drinks (who wants Capri Sun?!) and it was over £15!!! & No drinks. When it can the chips were hot the rest totally inedible. Cold burgers rubbery onion rings. Total disgrace

   After the shopping center is closed they seem to be asleep, the delivery man wait for more than 30 minutes not knowing when the food will be ready. Then we heard the customer's complaint sa very long delay.

   Food nice would be much better if it was freshly cooked or even at least hot but still nice, service with a smile long gone here. And atmosphere well it's Birkenhead which goes with the service
