I had given this place a 5 star review 7 years ago. I visited again today after 7 years, it's completely different. Must be new chefs and/ or new owner. We were advised we couldn't have a table that I preferred as it blocked the servers getting through. We were also advised we had to stick to the set menu. I accepted all of this. The next group of people that came in a few minutes later were given the table i had requested AND told quite clearly they had the option of set menu or a la carte? The food was inedible, definitely from frozen. The place is dirty in the public areas, I would be frightened to see the kitchen. I definitely won't return and I don't recommend this place. We spent over Β£200 for 3 people. Avoid this place

I ordered takeaway and when I got home I discovered that an item was missing. We called the restaurant and they were generous enough to bring the missing item to my home along with an extra item free of charge! The food was excellent as well! I ordered the chicken beliram and was delighted to find that it was the perfect level of spicy, despite the fact that I forgot to specify the level of spiciness when I placed the order. The takeaway order was well packed and I thought the interior of the restaurant was warm and inviting, so I plan to take my gf on a date here soon. She recommended this restaurant to me stating that sheβs been ordering takeaway from it for awhile now and itβs her favorite Indian restaurant in Camden. Iβm inclined to agree with her!

I had high hopes for an excellent curry, especially being in the middle of London. We started with poppadoms (as you do) which interestingly came is a bucket, the dips were unfortunately rather small and we finished these off before running out of poppadoms, there were only 3 dips and one of them tasted like an Italian pizza topping (no chopped onions). We then had the CHATPATI TOKRI CHAAT which was amazing, full of flavour not a dish I've ever seen or tasted before I would 100% recommend ordering this. Then for mains we had KALONGE KING PRAWN ADRAKI and the PISTACHIO CHICKEN KORMA unfortunately the king prawns were awful, they had either been refrozen or were just undercooked I couldn't eat them, sometimes you just choose a dish that's not to your taste, however any king prawn dish I could have ordered would have have had the manky prawns NOT GOOD. The chicken dish was also slightly strange as the chicken had an unusual smoked flavour, this wasn't described as so on the menu. I sent my dish back and the cost was removed from the bill along with a further 15% discount.

Dishes seems good before you taste, portion is not enough as per price. Food seems well cooked from outside but actually not in inside, i found raw meat where i ordered chicken drumstick. Poor skills βΉοΈ

I honestly donβt understand how this place has good reviews. I ordered the butter chicken and it was one of the worst dishes Iβve ever been served. It didnβt taste anything like butter chicken it felt like they just threw some tomatoes on top of chicken WITH NO SALT and called it a day. The sauce was horrible, watery, and completely unappetizing. The chicken itself was inedible and undercooked. Instead of the tender chicken breast you expect in butter chicken, it was full of skin, bones, and strange pieces that made it absolutely disgusting. I couldnβt eat it I ended up throwing it all away. The portion was tiny on top of everything, which made it even worse. Everywhere else Iβve eaten, butter chicken means quality, boneless chicken breast in a rich, flavorful sauce. This was the complete opposite. It was so bad that I felt sick just looking at it. Nonetheless, the staff has attitude and not nice at all. I will never come back here and do not recommend this place to anyone. Truly a waste of money.

This has been my first time ever eating Indian food and the dishes I ordered in this restaurant made me fell in love! The quality and the flavour of the food itβs superb, the presentation itβs very nice as well. As the location and the food are 10/10, a slightly warmer customer service would definitely make the difference. I defined recommend it!

I was out from London Zoo and looking for a place to dine nearby. I was kind of deceived by the google rating of 4.2. However, I think there is something going on with this restaurant that is either management issues or post COVID crisis. There was only one waitress who happens to do almost every thing. He was trying to catch up and multitask but with a lot of mistakes. Everything takes so long to happen. I have to wait a bit for him to pay my check. The price is extremely over the quality of the food and service. Some items in the menu are not available. Do not ask for ice, because they do not have it. Therefore, you have to accept almost room temperature Cola.

Good table seating. Bar available. Staff is nice soft spoken. Service is also welcoming. Always better to have table reserved although walk-ins also available. Both veg and non-veg food taste is good. Spice level is low to medium. If you order papadam its per head charges. Paneer should have been cooked more softer. Naan and curry's tastes really nice. Accept payment by card , cash. Prices of hard drinks are a bit costlier according to me. Avoid ordering Mango Lassi. Looks tasty bt doesn't have authentic taste.

Awesome place to enjoy good food, good drinks and great people. Flavor and quality are two of the best strengths of Namaaste Kitchen. The manager (maybe owner) of the restaurant along with the staff made it an even better experience. Iβll be traveling back to London with the family in the summer and will definitely come back to enjoy the exquisite food and joyful people at Namaaste! Cheers!
