Waited over 2 and half hours for food. Used to be brilliant but think changed owners or something,because it's gone down hill. Food cold,Chips awful,pie so cold looked like dog food as the gravy had turned to jelly as it was cold. Such shame as a once lovely shop is now a waste.
Waited two hours for food and still not turned up and they aren't even answering there phones just ringing out! Disgraceful! Would steer clear!
Ordered food through the just eat app, even though we ordered early we were told the food would be about an hour. The food didn’t arrive until an hour and a half later. Even though the app said the meal was on its way it’s still took nearly 30 minutes to arrive after the initial hour. The food arrived with the chips nearly Stone cold and the meals lukewarm. If you try and make a complaint by using a telephone you are constantly engaged and end up with no comeback once you do speak to a member of staff. No doubt the food is lovely fresh and hot if you go an collect but due to where the shop is located there is only limited parking outside the shop for three vehicles and the delivery driver will always be parked there as they won’t be out delivering your hot food!
Ordered through Just Eat. After waiting for over an hour I've checked the app and it said it's been delivered! I have sent request "where is my order" and it was updated with a new delivery time - another hour!!! When I finally received it, the food was stone cold and tasteless. Only fish was actually edible! I have ordered there first time and definitely the last. Do not recommend!!!
If it were possible to give zero stars then I would. Called here on Saturday night and thought that given the queue of folk waiting outside I was in for a great experience. How wrong was I!! I ordered two large sausages, two large bags of chips, a large carton of gravy and a large pot of curry sauce. £15.80!!!! That was appalling....absolute robbery!! But it was late and we needed to eat. Got the food home and opened it up and was even more disappointed. The portions were no bigger than a child's portion size and was all served in a tray with just a trickle of curry/gravy. It was all stone cold too...not even a hint of warmth. The sausages were dried out and burnt whilst the chips were dried scrap ends that were burnt and green in places too. Absolutely shocking quality, service and price. Avoid this place at all costs. Flintshire Council should shut them down!!

My daughter ordered tea for the both of us tonight, had to ring to see where it was! It finally came at 21:15 after having an estimated time of arrival 20:30. Found we were missing food, we ate our fries got to admit weren't that hot, I had a burger was really nice and hot, my daughter on the other hand found a pen wrapped in with her wrap, tried to call with no joy!! Getting in touch with Uber eats for a refund and compensation of sorts!!!!!
