I visited this shop and even bought food from them, and I only took a photo of the food to show my family so we could come back together. I was not recording anyone, yet the lady working there spoke to me in a rude and unprofessional way, without even a smile or polite explanation. I understand shop rules, but customers should be treated with respect, especially when they are there to buy. The lack of basic customer service was very disappointing, as we come to enjoy food, not to feel uncomfortable or spoken to badly. They really need to improve their customer service and professionalism.

Apparently, we should have gone there as enemies, not customers. Even our friendly hello was treated like an insult. It felt like we came to start a fight, not to buy something. I’ve never seen so much rudeness and bad attitude gathered in one place. They’re not selling gözleme — they’re serving tension.

OVERVIEW Best ‘Gözleme’ in Green Lanes by far, even better than some I had in Turkey! PLUS + Over ten years of visiting ‘Gözleme House’, and the quality remains top-notch! + ‘Gözlemes’ were freshly made and baked in front of you! + Generous amounts of filling. + Friendly and accommodating staff. + The ‘Fresh Orange Juice’ is squeezed to order. MINUS - They should consider offering discounts for larger orders. ORDER HISTORY Gözleme: * Gözleme Spinach & Cheese Drink: * Fresh Orange Juice

Cheese gozleme was delicious! Very fresh bread and cheesy cheese. Cooked or heated to order, in front. Loved it! If you eat in there are pickles and sauces to go with. Pretty good amount of seating.

This is consistently the best Gozleme place on Green Lanes for the tastiest gozleme. Fresh, pillowy, generously filled, and a good range of vegetarian and meat options. This is always my favourite choice. I lived near Green Lanes for 10 years so have tried quite a few. I was back in the area today and had to pick some up for old time’s sake and shared a spinach & cheese (the OG), a halloumi and a lamb mince which we had warm. Tip: ask for them to slice them up for you if you’re eating on the go as they’re much easier to eat. They reheat well in the oven/microwave if you want them later. The service is always friendly and they’re always welcoming to kids.

As the name suggests the main attraction of this place is the Gözleme. Very tasty, lots of options and freshly made in front for you. Improved seating area after their recent renovations. I also found that this is one of the few places that do a decent hot chocolate too

I was craving Turkish food and since I’m not too far, I came to Haringey. I saw many restaurants but they were pricey and looked slightly posh for my mood. The gozleme was amaziiinggg for the price and the vine leaves fresh. Nice staff, good service and delicious food. Highly recommend.
