1 star because I ordered a selection of meat and it came in ONE container! Please invest in the spilt containers!!!!!! Fried dumpling was okay, plaintain horrible. The mac and cheese......im speechless!!!!!!! Not a good caribbean take out!
The service was great, don’t make the atmosphere fool you, the food in here is truly elite. The mutton is up there with the best, the rice and peas is cooked down very well and the handmade coleslaw is a perfect consistency complimenting the entire dish. I will be returning!
Jerk chicken, rice and peas was really good. Staff are friendly. Highly recommended.
Wanted to give zero stars but forced to give 1 Ordered UberEats meal: curry Goat & roti, beef pattie Receipt a very small box of 2 piece jerk chicken, rice and a pack of very dried out plantains! Below average and will never order from here again. Luckily got a refund from Uber
One of the tastiest Caribbean places in London. Great jerk chicken and festivals. Mega portions and bursting with flavour. Chicken soup 10/10 as well. Staff/owners are super friendly and cool.
Totally not impressed! This is why I hate online ordering. I ordered a ‘Simon special’ with 3 meats, rice n peas and steam veg. I did not expect the poorly presented, 1 container that I got. Everything (steam veg was absent) squashed into one container like they’re on plastic rations! The 9.99 ‘special’ was supposed to include a drink yet i had to add it to the order for £1.19 and was sent a 65p labelled can! Lastly, the food was cold so despite just returning from holiday, starving, i then had to heat it up before I could eat. Taste wasn’t bad but presentation, missing items, over double charged tango really let them down. Wont be ordering again that’s 4 sure.
my order was expected to come at 3.50. I got a call at 3.15 asking if an item could be replaced as it was sold out.. fine. At 4.20pm I attempted to call the restaurant and even called the mobile I had received the initial phone call from - no response. I had to complain through just eat to get an update on my order which was now changed to 5pm!! Between 4.20 and 5.30 I called repeatedly on all three numbers represented - still no response. I eventually receive my order at 5.32pm and this is how it comes?? Ridiculous.
