The won ton soup had sausage casing in the dumplings, I think the won tons were literally made of sausages. The chips were a purple colour inside? As if made from bruised potatoes. A real shame as it used to be our favourite Chinese take away. King pow chicken still delicious though

My favourite Chinese takeaway which I have been using for 40 years! The best bbq spare ribs I have found locally and everything I have from here is great.

DO NOT USE. Extremely rude and poor customer service. I complained about the disgusting reheated chicken and steamed rice which was so hard, tasted and looked awful. I had to throw all the chicken away which totally spoilt the evening meal plans, to which I was promised a replacement meal with rice the following week. On arranging to pick this up, they started arguing with me that they would just give me the complimentary chicken dish without the rice. OMG I could not believe them arguing over steamed rice!! I told them I was shocked at their behaviour and that I would never use them again! They can keep their reheated dry chicken and steamed rice for the next sucker. Do not use this take away, food is also full of salt with way too much runny gravy. Unbelievable rude staff. FAIL.

Our normal Chinese was closed so we tried here, food was amazing, a little salty but would definitely order from again, polite on the phone too and delivery was on time x

We just moved in round the corner and were hoping for a nice meal. Staff seemed lovely but food was awful. Prawn crackers were stale. Rice was dried out. Prawn toasts were swimming in oil. Sauce in the chicken dish was so thick it was like wallpaper paste. Really poor and such a shame.

Undeniably the worst Chinese meal of my life. Kung po chicken was so tough it was inedible. The pancake roll was tough and hard and had obviously been made several days ago. It actually tasted musty and the pancake was hard and tasted as if it had been reheated several times. The curry sauce was disgusting and tasted nothing like a normal Chinese curry sauce. It was just an awful oily brown mess that tasted nothing like curry. The Singapore rice had no spice and was totally dry and old with no taste and it certainly wasn't fresh. It all went in the bin. We were so disappointed (and hungry) I phoned up to complain. I was told that I would get a £5 discount on my next order. Is that there idea of a joke? After binning £30 worth of rubbish food do they really think I would ever use the place ever again? I strongly advise giving the place a wide berth and not waste your money. Whoever is cooking not only has no skill but also should be ashamed of serving such rubbish. Moreover they should go to a real Chinese and find out what they should be serving. As these items were days old and hard it does beg the question what else is suspect in their kitchen management. Don't say you weren't warned. I would have much rather given £30 to a good cause than throw it all in the bin. How on earth does a place like this stay in business?
