Slow slow and even more slow. Don’t bother. They need to have someone to deal with all the takeaway orders coming in, as they’re not getting through physical customers in the shop quick enough. Won’t bother coming to this branch again.

Honestly the slowest "fast" food restaurant I've ever been too and annoyingly apart from one VERY slow employee it's not the servers fault. I've only ever seen a maximum of 2 servers and the volume of orders that are collected is crazy. I waited half an hour for my subway last time and the poor guy was trying to do far too much at once. Annoyingly it's the closest too me. But today being told I had to likely wait over 30 mins while the shop was full off delivery drivers takes the cake.
Always come to this subway and I’ve never had a bad order. Today was a totally different story. Ordered 2 6 inch meal deals and all I received was 2 subs and a drink . No crisps or cookies ??? The dinks were also wrong as well . Very disappointed subway
I have just received a 6 inch steak sub for £6.39 which was basically bread and a few pieces of steak. I wouldn't even pay £2 for this from a supermarket meal deal counter. Need to be clearer on what onions and peppers means, and no cheese no more? Won't be ordering from again.
I’ve loved the man manager his name starts with a D sometimes ☺️ me always working at arrow park hospital is going all that way for food means that’s the staff is lovely and friendly I want not hugging but y’all too work hard and show them internet fool that without you there there is no subway
Manager is very rude and unprofessional. And by reading other reviews it seems I am not the only one who has had this. When I literally asked her is she could just box up my hot food (it was on the side) before doing a just eat order. She then said I was rude for just asking a question and proceeded to lie about previous times I had been in and just completely talk over me to try justify herself. Very poor

have just been in a ordered 5 subs and they turned around to another colleague and went is there an another subway not happy aslo making the subs he was mumbling under his breath.
