Great restaurant, nice service. Recommend spicy Turkish sausage, Lamb ribs kebabs, sarma lamb beyti. Personally not very interested in Lahmacun but not bad.
We spent a lot of time in Turkey over the last few years and miss its wonderful cuisine when we are away. So glad that we found it with just a few steps from our hotel here in London! Lamanchun , Adana Kebab and Künefe are as close to what we ate in Türkiye as they can be. Will definitely come back for more! :)
This place is so underrated for dining in. The portions for the price you pay are massive, we ended up taking quite a few leftovers home as we were so stuffed. Chicken iskander is amazing, so much meat in there. Cherry on top was getting free Turkish tea and Turkish delight, and the fact that the baklava was literally the best we’ve had in years in London. Service is a bit slow so would suggest it only if you’re not in a rush.
We had an outstanding experience at Tower Mangal Turkish Restaurant. The service was exceptional; Jay deserves special mention for his prompt service and smart, professional attitude. Lujaala was very friendly, and Chichek showed great hospitality during our visit. Salih Bey, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure every customer was pleased especially my mum who asked him to cook a special salmon piece, and together with Choshkun, he prepared delicious food (please check the photos). Actually the whole team acted with professionalism and genuine care to satisfy us and every guest. The food was cooked to perfection using high-quality ingredients from the hot and cold mezza to the grilled chicken and salmon, everything was flavorful and fresh. The Kunafa dessert was freshly made and tasted amazing, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary tea and Turkish dessert, Kemal Paşa, which was delightfully sweet. The restaurant itself is very clean, with an open kitchen where you can watch the live cooking without any food smell in the dining area. There are also clean toilet facilities inside, which adds to the comfort. The restaurant has lovely vibes, enhanced by Turkish songs playing softly in the background, creating an authentic and unique atmosphere. Overall, a wonderful dining experience; great authentic Turkish food, welcoming staff, and a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended.
Great experience here! We’ve got a family with some picky eaters and everyone LOVED their food here!!! Everything was so good and the service was fantastic as well! 12/10 recommend!
Top tier kebab, good beer, and an amazing portion size! Would be perfect if the lighting wasn't so bright, only a minor complaint though, I guess a lot of people are getting takeaway.
We were hungry looking for a place to eat, and we stumbled upon this restaurant, and the food was delicious! We tried the tabouleh, salad, chicken shish, and lamb. Everything tasted great. The service was really good and the staff were friendly. Definitely happy we tried this place out.
The food was very tasty, the portions were very generous, and they gave a really tasty salad. When offering free salads, they’re not usually this tasty or generous. I ordered the veggie skewer, which was really tasty and I love how they cooked the rice.
Visited here the other night with a large group. Our waitress was very nice and friendly and managed to get all our orders correct. The food was mediocre just your standard Turkish. There was one guy who was very rude though. We asked for a takeaway container and he was just giving attitude for no reason and made a comment under his breath. Other than that was an okay meal.
Came here as a group of 5. We was invited in with very friendly staff from the beginning right up till the end of our meal. We felt comfortable throughout our time eating our meal and the staff always catered to our needs whenever required. Always helpful and available so a big plus to the customer service. Aesthetically the environment was nice and relaxing to be in and the seating arrangement allowed us all to sit comfortably. We was given a lovely salad with bread to open our appetites and it was very well made. We accompanied with a mixed starter which worked perfectly amongst our group. We all ordered a variety of mains but I went with the rib eye steak. The menu allows for a choice between rice or chips so I went with chips and was happy with the choice. The steak was cooked very well according to the requirements I provided and the side of chips and mushrooms complimented the steak very well. We ended finally with some baklava and Turkish to end off a perfect meal. The price to quality/food ratio was extremely good. Was pleasantly surprised with the final bill in comparison to the quality of food that was provided. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to have a nice meal with excellent staff service.
