Went at 7pm on a Saturday. Brought food home to find all portions of chips were rock hard and inedible so had to throw the meal away. Very disappointing
ordered prawn toast - two hours later i’m throwing up, we’ve had an issue like this previously as well with orchid. never coming back.
The food was ok..the customer service terrible. I had placed an order for collection by calling the food place about 25 mins before as I've already faced a delay before to which they said to come pick in 10 mins and when I reached there later the food pickup was not yet ready. The lady at the counter aswell was rude to me
Absolutely fantastic! Ordered a sweet & sour chicken with chips and it was brilliant. Piping hot, great flavour and texture, lovely chips and the venue is clean, bright and friendly. Definitely be back, cheers!
Very busy chippy. Taste the food and you will see why. I stand by this, it's still a great chippy.
First time ordering from here and the last. The meals were disgusting and they got part of the order wrong. From now on I will cook my own food rather than waste it on this rubbish.
Discusting meal We ordered 2 meals tonight The chips with the meals were terrible Nearly broke my teeth on them And the fried rice was stone cold 2 meals we got were not much better. Absolutely waste of money. Chips have gone terrible very sharp.
Good food and good customer services will be returning.
Only been once so far so will update with further visits. Food was excellent. Very tasty and quickly prepared. Visited late at night so no worries though can believe other reviews which say wait can be long as can understand why it's popular. A very good local take away with good menu.
