The staff are always polite and accommodating when we eat here. The carvery meat portions are a good size and they swap out the buffet for fresh items routinely. The host always makes us laugh. Very busy at the times we usually go but the wait times are standard. Lovely views, clean place. 10/10

Great all-you-can-eat breakfast. Food hot and tasty and great value for money. Staff very friendly, especially Mandy who never stopped smiling despite being rushed off her feet!

Better than toby and great price. My one criticism would be the meat is always on scraps when I arrive I'd also like to see pork on the menu. If you ask for the meat refreshed they will bring more out. Happy customer

Firstly the score would have been 5* 4 months ago....... I'm scoring 5* for the staff, service and tables were great staff friendly and helpful, the service was perfect. Our 3* score was due to the carvery. This is the 3rd time we've been a s the carvery was well and truly below par. . My daughter didn't finish hers my wife mostly left hers and took a doggy bag for the dog. My son got fresh food and it was ace warm and fresh. I think if we come again we will order off the menu as £50 for 3 adult meals and two kids meals that most was not eaten wasn't great value.

Not been here in years. Omg it is very nice. Tables were clean and not sticky. Lots of choice for food even for fussy children. Most if family had a veggie carvery but the kiddies had pizza which looked amazing. Vegan burger was really good. Only one choice of vegan pudding though - apple pie. I hadn't seen it as not blindingly obvious. Other puddings were loved by rest of family. Will definitely go back again. Need to book as busy on a Sunday.

Having previously left a bad review for what I felt was a poor breakfast it's only fair I leave a good review now for a better lunch. Went there this week for lunch and the tables were clean, the cutlery clean and the food for the money was great. Well done The Old Quay.

Good views and reasonably priced. Staff seemed friendly enough. But it is a classic pub grub; nothing was outrageous.
