   Food - It's McDonald's so you get the same every time. Service - It was good, with the food happily brought to us. Atmosphere - No issues, it was clean and tidy.

   One member of staff juggling taking orders, while excepting payments was a huge issue. The result was very long queue for the drive thru waiting to place an order and subsequently pay for your food in another queue. By the time we eventually collected our order, which had been waiting for us, it wasn't even warm and fell way below any acceptable standard. I can only assume it was a cost implication decision to have one person struggle on his own ? On a very busy Sunday evening with people returning from Christmas shopping etc. The decision to cut staff certainly didn't benefit your valued customers or long term business.

   Ordered two bacon flat breads no cheese when they arrived yes you guessed it no bacon just two flatbreads covered in cheese so I ask myself seriously what are the requirements to work for McDonald's because reading clearly isn't one of them i hope the chef reads this because I can tell you that you are a moron and shouldn't have any part in organising a food order I couldn't have made it any more easier for you literally just no cheese but instead you read that and went bring me all the cheese leave the bacon I think i speak for all wrong orders when I say employees like you should have been shot into a tissue and flushed down the toilet Anyway rant over guess I will go make some breakfast at least the won't be any cheese on it

   Not sure about the food. But toilet is pretty well maintained. Parking is often full so better go near the Starbucks.

   Absolutely disappointing! Making a great burger isn’t rocket science—it’s all about fresh ingredients, attention to detail, and a bit of pride in your work. Sadly, none of that was evident here. The burger felt thrown together with no care, as if the person didn’t want to be there. To make matters worse, the fries were nearly cold. It’s such a shame because creating a fantastic burger can be so simple, but if you can’t do it right, maybe it’s better not to do it at all.

   I was looking forward to having a big mac not had one for so long , it was disappointing, the burger was very dry and much much smaller than I remember.

   the lovely workers were so kind!!! we will be coming back soon!!! ** EDIT** i have been back since and thought i’d attempt the in-store services… i was highly disappointed. the drive thru was a pleasant experience that did not spread to the rest of the store unfortunately. this was as disappointing as when they changed their plastic straws to paper ones :(( GO TO THE DRIVE THRU, do not walk in. the extra petrol is worth it.

   unreal experience x edit - been back in store (not drive thru like last time) and have to say it’s an experience I would like to forget! Would recommend going through the drive through but maybe not in shop xx

   It's our favourite stop place on the A55 on the way back to caernarfon. After fighting your way off the M56 and negotiating Queensferry, it's the shining light welcoming you a well deserved hot drink!

   Great service but the burgers were terrible today. Way too salty and/or peppery. My wife and I had a triple cheeseburger each and my son had a plain cheeseburger. All were horrible. Hoping this is a one off.
