    Great little cafe, friendly staff and gluten free options available. I had a small gluten free breakfast, nicely cooked and well presented. I was even given a gluten free biscuit with my tea!! Will definitely be back to try Sunday lunch and the gluten free cake.

    Absolutely recommend spoons and forks. We eat here often and wouldn't even think of eating anywhere else now. Breakfasts are spot on and very reasonably priced. Good quality food cooked to perfection every time. Nothing is too much trouble for the owners who are lovely.

    We booked after having a really great breakfast experience. It was our anniversary and we were staying in Mold overnight and liked the simple good, no nonsense food that Spoons and Forks had to offer. We found out that 'forks' is front of house and 'spoons' the chef. Such a lovely couple and they didn't dissappoint. We booked for an evening meal, my husband chose the mixed grill and I had tapas. All was fabulous and served with a friendly smile. If you are looking for great food at a reasonable price then this little gem is for you
