“Classic old school cafe. Legends Breakfast was sensational, filled me up for the day for £11! Fast friendly service, great prices, fantastic scran!”
“Best breakfast in the area bar none. We (Three of us) go for breakfast every Monday in a 10 mile radius of mold, and value for money, quality food and friendly service they are right up with the best, try the ultimate breakfast. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!”
“The best ambience / atmosphere and Pizza's anywhere I know - a Special Pizza restaurant with traditional pizza stove; cafe and lovely staff - absolutely recommended. Lovely views across the street to st Mary's church. Candles lit in the evening - a super cosy place.”
“10/10 top tier full English breakfast , good service and great value. Exactly what you want from a traditional cafe.”
“This Starbucks is fine if you use the drive through but don't bother going into the shop if it's within 2 hours of closing. I've been a few times now (more than an hour before closing time) and they're not happy you're there!”
“Food is lovely from here but service can be slow and staff seem a bit stressed. Great menue selection and always clean and tidy”
“Absolutely excellent customer service from the very first phone call with Lisa to leaving the garage a very happy customer. Everything about the repair was fully explained ahead of the works and I was made to feel very welcome. The expertise and knowledge of Land Rover is first class. It was highly recommended to me to use Rhydymwyn Service and now I can highly recommend them myself.”
“Review for Tapas Evening at Caffi'r Cob. We recently enjoyed a wonderful tapas evening at Caffi'r Cob (group of four adults) and WOW we certainly didn't leave disappointed, it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Every dish was beautifully prepared, full of flavour, and perfect for sharing. The variety on offer meant there was something for everyone, and each plate felt like a little highlight of its own. We absolutely love the day time atmosphere at Caffi'r Cob and the evening atmosphere was just as warm and relaxed, making it easy to settle in and enjoy the evening. Service was friendly, attentive, and well-timed, adding to the overall experience without ever feeling rushed. All four of us left thoroughly impressed, full, happy, and already talking about when we’ll be back. A brilliant evening all around and highly recommended!”
“First visit to this cafe set within a motorcycle haven. We had not visited before due to parking for cars being an issue however a new car park across the road is now available. There is still the motorbike parking next to the cafe. Situated next to a lovely stream there is seating under cover outside overlooking the stream and wooded valley. Inside there is so much memorabilia you don’t know where to look first. We had just arrived after a large party so had to wait as the kitchen was very busy but we only waited 20 minutes till we could order. That 20 minutes flew by as we looked at the items on display. We have an all day breakfast and pie and chips. The food was very good and served quickly. Lovely staff and a great atmosphere in the family run cafe. The prices were really good and definitely value for money. Definitely recommend a visit and will be visiting again.”
“Very tasty food, we both ordered the breakfast. So lovely. Will be eating here again and again”
“Wonderful, friendly community cafe with live music. Thank you”
“A proper nice independent coffee shop, situated a floor above the ground level, in the heart of the city centre! Easy to miss! Look for a door next door to Popeye's Chicken. The decor inside is certainly "Rococo"; we loved it. We came here because they offered a small choice of vegan tray bakes. The raspberry rocky road was divine! Nice smooth coffee and a friendly atmosphere. Enjoyed sitting by the front window watching the hustle and bustle on the high street.”
“Visiting from Oxfordshire for the weekend and we found this lovely little tea room , staff was really friendly , food was good portions for the price and it’s a really cute little place for breakfast and also lunch options available , we had some really nice hot drinks and some home made cake was all very tasty !”
“One of my favourite places. The food is gorgeous from their Italian cuisine to the omelettes. Always friendly and happy, the staff make people feel at home. The place is constantly busy but Maria still finds time to say hello, sadly that prevents her from always answering the phone but you can find the correct number for the cafe on the Facebook page x”
“We always enjoy going here. The garden centre has a fantastic selection of plants & for very competitive prices. The café is always busy, but the staff are only too happy to squeeze us in & their service is excellent. The food has been faultless every time & I'm pleased with what we've received, good size portions & again excellent value for money. It's one of our favourite places to stop for a light lunch. Ardderchog.”
“Breakfast was really tasty, Hash browns were amazing, well worth the money, full Breakfast and Coffee £8.50 very filling thankyou”
“A fabulous little café. Everything is freshly baked or cooked using quality local ingredients where possible. The luxury cake is a definite must and the staff are very friendly”
“I visited for their weekly charcuterie evening with some good friends, and was very impressed by the food and wine! There was a fantastic selection of cheeses and cured meats with plenty of lovely veg and olives too. The atmosphere was very cosy and relaxed with some great tunes as well. Would absolutely recommend and will definitely be visiting for another of these in the future.”
“Lovely little coffee shop, staff always cheerful and welcoming, fairly busy every time I've been which I think is a good sign, plenty of choice of deserts and light bites on offer, this visit we opted for scones and the spiced pumpkin latte slice, all in the group happy with quality of the choices made.”
“It was my first time at this place with my partner even though she lives in Mold she used to tell me the story when she was little how she used to come to this place with her friends after-school and summer holidays so I travel on my way from London to come to this place I was not disappointed beautiful scenery is not to see unfortunately it's a rainy day the beautiful landscape and the mountains surrounding that makes this place enjoyable place to be with children also there is a cafe for dog lovers also a gift shop and other activities.”
