Lovely little coffee shop, staff always cheerful and welcoming, fairly busy every time I've been which I think is a good sign, plenty of choice of deserts and light bites on offer, this visit we opted for scones and the spiced pumpkin latte slice, all in the group happy with quality of the choices made.
A nice independent coffee bar. The coffee is much nicer than the chain establishment across the road The staff are young and helpful. They used to a range of food but now it's limited to paninis and a few toasties but ok really
Decent coffee, but, awful service today. Waited 20 mins for our coffee which appeared to have been put to one side and forgotten about. Had to go and ask for it. Was immediately handed to me with no apology, and of course was no longer hot. Bad attitude by the lady who seemed to be in charge...Will never go there again.
Arrived late afternoon so I think a few of the cakes etc. had already sold out. No menu cards to select from and not a huge range of savouries, mainly pre-made paninis to be heated on a hot plate. My friend mixed up our order but the staff sorted it without any problems. My cake was really nice and it was a great coffee too.
Dreadful staff attitude, 3 of us called for quick coffee (got seats outside) at just before 4.30pm.. refused service as she was 'cashing up' despite customers still arriving and some seated outside..Closing time as advertised on the door is 5pm!! Doors were wide open..Turning custom away is definitely not what an owner would do..took our custom elsewhere..
Had a lunch out here and as a bonus dog friendly inside and out brilliant for when you want to have a walk in the local area with your pooch but need to fill your own tank before you go. Reasonable price and good food
