    We have been coming 2=3 times a week for the last 2 years and I have never experienced such cold and unfriendly service as today, by the apparent manager. Not even a smile and she charged us for the puppicinos despite ordering 2 medium lattes and cakes. My friend queried it and said officially they are supposed to charge for it! On the website site it states these are free. I also asked for 2 medium coffees to then be asked, did I want large! I had to say thank you loudly for the girl to make eye contact when she put my item down without so much as a smile, is it that difficult to reciprocate politeness?

    I always take my son here. Staff are amazing. A young blonde girl called katy served us and went above and beyond with making sure we had a good time. Talking with my little boy and the service by her was amazing.

    Tom in the St David’s Starbucks literally makes THE best soy lattes I’ve ever had. I came in here by chance on my work commute last week and I have come every day since because he makes them so nice! Honestly, the lad has a coffee making gift. Such a warm nice environment which will be my new regular. Highly recommend!

    It feels comfy and homely has indoor and outdoor seating you can get food here and desserts coffees teas and other cold drinks too . Staff are friendly and helpful. Only down fall is that it is quite expensive.
