   Nice takeaway with a large, varied menu at fair prices. Some meals are a bit too saucy for my taste but nonetheless the food is overall very good! The staff are friendly and the service is fairly quick. It can get quite busy late in the evening and on the weekend, in which case the service may take a bit longer, but that's a testament to the quality of the food. Usually I'll ring in an order over the phone and by the time I've walked over there I only have to wait a few minutes till it's ready. The food itself is delicious but (as mentioned earlier) has a bit too much sauce for my taste. The prices are decent (no more than £10 for most meals) and there are a good amount of vegetarian dishes as well (tofu, egg, etc...). From what I can tell the business is cash only, but there's a post office inside the general store a few doors down where you can get cashback for free, so this is not an issue in my opinion.

   We had the banquet for 4 people on Sunday. The soup was the best we have had in any Chinese restaurant or takeaway. The beef was melt in the mouth tender. Loved it.

   We always had a takeaway once a month from the maymay when the previous owners had it and i could not fault it. After it was sold on we tried verious takeaways around the area but my husband and i just didn't like them. New owners of Maymay have not disappointed. Food fantastic, thank you.
