   The food was amazing an so tasty.. it was just I got 2 special burgers a got one bit of donnor meat on them it was very disappointing. I thought there would of beeen more than one slice it was just burger salad an sauce

   Ordered for the 1st time and was very happy with our food. Bang on time for delivery and we had a bbq pizza which was lovely. Chips and gravy - lovely and pieces of fried chicken - lovely. Will be ordering again from here.

   This evening we ordered a large lamb kebab each and for my grandson he had a chicken kebab. The meat really is the best cuts of lamb and it’s cooked to perfection. Don’t get me started on how much you get haha. There is enough that I have been able to save some for my lunch tomorrow. The staff are so friendly and polite and always willing to help if you have a special request regarding the preparation of your food. I 100% wholeheartedly would say that Chicken Hot is in the top 3 best restaurants on Wirral. The milkshakes are too die for as well, Oreo being my personal favourite. Highly recommend 1 MILLION PERCENT !!!

   Chicken was extremely dry, cold and flavourless, seemed like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for 5 hours. Supposed to be a chicken restaurant so you’d think they would at least put some effort into it. won’t be eating here again.

   NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!! Absolutely terrible 1 hour 10 min late door burnt and soggy pizza just a pile of mush in the box, burger completely wrong and couldn't pick it up as it was just thrown in box. When called to chase delivery customer service was horrendous when called to complain about food being soggy burnt and incorrect just got hung up on by staff 4 times.

   This was my first time ordering from here and it was appalling. If I could give it less than one star I would. I got charged and my food never showed up which is apparently not a one off occurrence as I have discovered from looking at some other reviews. Save yourself some time and money and order from somewhere else.

   Ordered for first time tonight, chicken burgers arrived piping hot and delivered by a friendly delivery driver, Within the allocated time. Very impressed that we also got our special request as asked. Will definitely order from here again, thank you x
