    Update - tried again hoping they would be back to real cut and freshly cooked chips..No, actually worse now.. What's the point of a chip shop that doesn't sell real chips? Awful, and a sad thing to see from a place that used to be great. Been coming 20 years plus...Used to be awesome chip shop... Now worse than average.. not fresh chips, these are frozen oven chips. What is going on? Go to the green hut or the Turkish chippy on Moreton cross. If I could score less, I would be - can buy better from a supermarket.

    Just reopened after refurbishment following fire damage. Some changes made to the chippy side due to limited equipment but they do inform customers of the changes. The food is still top notch!

    This was revolting I've just got salt and pepper chicken with rice which was 4 peaces of uncooked chicken and it didn't come cheap £7.30 for 4 pieces and then to compound it ordered chips thinking they would be chippy chips but no they came out of the back and were dried oven chips one thing I won't be doing is returning just hope I don't get food poisoning from the uncooked chicken sort it out please
