Wow! We did the larger 12 course tasting menu and every dish held the incredibly high standards. It’s rare that every single dish holds the same high standard, but this did. Relaxed and simple atmosphere which when juxtaposed with the elegant dishes creates a truly enjoyable experience.
Had booked this restaurant for a birthday and it didn’t let me down. Definitely will go back again, such good service from every member of staff, they even played songs on special request! 10/10
A truly special evening. Phenomenal food (really unexpected combinations that JUST WORK!) an amazing playlist and really personable staff. The evening was more than we expected and we will not hesitate to return and go the WHOLE HOG! An amazing experience. Would recommend. Sonal was particularly suave (you’ll know when you meet him!)

Easily one of the best tasting menus I have ever tried. The portions, although small, unlocked flavours I didn’t know existed. Worth the slightly more expensive cost for sure. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff, and the atmosphere is a real vibe. Would highly recommend, particularly for special occasions.
We had an absolutely incredible experience at the Wilderness. It’s such an intimate restaurant, staff were lovely and attentive, very knowledgeable about the food and drinks pairings. We decided to go for menu 110 with a Mixed Flight and the whole evening was just perfect.
What a wonderful birthday celebration. We had a lovely leisurely family lunch with extremely attentive friendly service and amazing food. Really unique cocktail and wine list too. Thank you Wilderness team. P.S. if you are wondering whether to go for the £75 or the £100 menu, as we were, go for the £100 one - no regrets!
